The location was great as usual The place is excellent very clean and quiet The breakfast is always great also The price is a bit high but all hotels are high after this pandemic we lived through Hope prices will come down with time so we can travel more again soon

Nothing all was great

The room was clean and the hotel was close to attractions.

It was impossible to connect to the Wi-Fi and we had no housekeeping. We had to go get clean and dry towels after coming back from sightseeing because there was none in our room when we came back.

The training for work was it the same building. The conference room was extremely small.

I liked that it was close to a few restaurants, but the restaurant that give you discount coupons for is very expensive for Canadian cuisine.

Breakfast. Parking.

As I arrived late in the evening, I was hoping to have a hot beverage. To my disappointment, the hotel doesn't have the means to offer hot water/tea/coffee. It's not even possible to purchase a bottle of water. Big disappointment. Hotel front door is locked after hours and there is no buzzer. Likewise, parking is not accessible without a room card. Room is clean but dark. Bed mattress is stiff.

The breakfast. Absolutely 0 options and variety, most stuff gets used within the first 2 hours, if you come at 9 am good luck finding food. More food options that are more affordable and better quality need to be provided. Food was really bad.

Eveything but the staff and the ridiculous time wasted to check-in. The room are good, clean and the bed are very comfy, probably a nice stay without having to deal with the front desk clerk...

The service at the front desk : ridiculous, with a suffisant amount of incompetence with the employee at the front desk not determinated to be in "solution mode" but more in a "I don't give a S***" mode. We booked online via Booking.com as usual for our employee (mentionned as the guest) we received all the confirmation with # etc, we received a sms from the hotel with the confirmation as well, reservation # from the hotel too, pre-paid by credit card from our company, but our employee was nowhere to be found in the system, then the attitude started, 3 calls with us, asking to fill up a form to allow the paiment on the credit car (our company one) and finally bored, tired about it, our employee decided to pay with his own card and get his room, it was late and he he was tired after a 6h drive to reach Rouyn for an early job in the am the next day : R I D I C U L O U S !

Bed could have been more comfy & Breakfast is really basic...

The central location with parking. The very helpful and friendly receptionist.

Nothing to dislike.
