I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at this wonderful apartment, and I must say, it was an experience worth cherishing. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the pristine cleanliness that greeted me. The attention to detail in maintaining the apartment was evident, making it feel like a home away from home. Now, while I did notice that the mattress felt worn and less supportive during my stay, it's essential to acknowledge that mattress comfort can be a subjective matter. Individual preferences play a significant role, and what may be uncomfortable for one person might be perfectly fine for another.

The flat was fabulous!! Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is in a very quiet area. The decor was fantastic and everything worked. I loved the colors, carpets, Alexa and touch lamp. Actually, we loved everything!! Thank you!!!

One of the most beautiful and well equipped small apartments I’ve ever stayed. Many details that made our staying better. Quiet neighborhood and close to supermarket and shopping center.

The only thing I would mention is that the bed is a little bit narrow for two persons.

Quiet area, and the owners were on hand to answer questions and the decor was quite modern too.

The shower was not the best. It isn’t powerful and kept going hot then cold, the property doesn’t really heat up with the radiators that are in the property so it was quite cold.

Immaculately clean, very comfortable and excellent value for money. Excellent communication and ensured we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning. Can't rate it highly enough.

Flat had everything one needs, bright, clean and a good feel. Top value for money and highly recommend. Will be back no doubt. Bottle of wine was waiting which was a really, really, nice touch!!

The bed was a a little soft for me, but that's just me, not a complaint at all. The shower temperarure was a little tricky, just be careful if put on hot.

To be honest, I can't think of much to write here. It was perfect! The accommodation was just super good and everything was easy and uncomplicated handled! The apartment is super furnished, has everything you need and I think is ideal for couples. It is all clean and you are super well cared for by the lovely hostess. Livingston has everything you need for shopping and is a great place to visit Edinburgh or even Glasgow by train. The train station is quick and easy to reach on foot. We would always come back and make a big recommendation to stay here!

Very clean and hosts very welcoming.

As we didn't drive a bit more difficult to.get around but place was beautiful.

What a find! The Nest is beautifully appointed little studio flat. I travelled alone but it would be equally accommodating for a couple. The furnishings and little touches give the place a luxury feel and, importantly, there was no noise at all from the other flats. There is a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable settee and bed. Rock solid WiFi. Great walks and parks on the doorstep. Emma, the host, has obviously put a lot of thought and effort into offering a relaxing home-from-home. Highly recommended.

Exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated flat. Had everything you would need and more. Recommend Oscars restaurant for takeaway if don't want to cook.
