As advertised, clean and comfortable. Note that it is very close to Old Quebec and all the things there are to offer there but it’s up a steep set of stairs and a bit of a hill after. No problem and we’d definitely stay there again for how close it is to everything we wanted to visit.

This is a great property to experience quebec city and its nearby areas. We loved that it was within a short walking distance to the major bus line, well stocked grocery store, had a garage parking space and was near many plenty of fun shops and a broad selection of restaurants. The apt had a well stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom, washer/drier and comfy bed. Thr pull out bed is better for smaller children than our young, adult kids, one who is tall, in their words. Anne is vwry attentive, kind and respnsive. The kids gave the pool 4 stars!

They neighborhood left a lot to be desired, for sure, but the City has obviously made an effort to move the homeless away from the Old City and they have to live somewhere - but the garage and area smelled strongly like urine and I didn’t feel safe leaving our vehicle there. However, my real complaint is about the uncomfortibility of our bed and the unit. Finishings and space were cheap. That’s probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on. We actually left a day early and wouldn’t come back or recommend this to anyone.

Property very nice and clean. Parking a bit scary especially at night as a lot’s homeless people and drunks are very close by.
Also for older people location is a bit far from centrum.

My husband and I decided to head up to Québec City and we found Anne’s place. It was very clean and comfortable with parking right behind the building.

We loved the location! The rooftop patio was stunning and were about a 5 minute walk from Old Quebec (30-ish min walk to Chateau Frontenac). It’s very close to a metro, liquor store, fun restaurants and shops. Would recommend! The place was very clean!

My family of 4 had a great stay in the apartment. The kitchen is well stocked-we had several meals in-and the living room is even big enough for us to add a blow up twin bed. New building, with a rooftop pool and gym that we used, an easy walk to the old city area and shops, restaurants very close. We also found the Metro grocery store (1 block away) to be very convenient. Anne was very available for any questions. We’ll be back!

We spent 4 nights at this condo and it was extremely clean, well-stocked and modern. Small space but worked for us…bathroom is big.
Took us about 15- 20 minutes to walk uphill to Chateau Frontenac. Not much in the immediate neighbourhood but there is a Metro grocery store one block away. Very handy.
The parking lot is public parking, above ground, not attached to the building. Behind the raised multi-level level parking lot there is a new building that seemed to support vulnerable adults, possibly homeless. No concerns, just a lot of questions from the kids. Lol
Quick response from the host whenever we had any questions. Easy to access the unit with codes provided. Much of the condo seems to serve as rental properties but we barely saw any other people and it was quiet.
View from the condo is lovely, can see up toward the parliament buildings. Hope this helps other renters.

The property is clean and centrally located.
But gym access is not available or code is not mentioned ahead. The thermostat could not be controlled easily. We felt too hot on a winter night inside with a small room and not being able to drop the temp from 75. Would be nice if instructions for thermostat is included in welcome email or somewhere and not having to text every time. There is also no direct phone number to reach the property owner. But the place itself was fine.

compact, but good. Could be better stocked with kitchen utensils, but we did cook every meal there.
It should be noted that there is a good grocery store 1 block away. (Metro)
For families with kids, Benjo is also a block away.

Great condo, new, clean, centrally located, a few minute drive from Old Quebec. Close to the highway. Beautiful rooftop deck overlooking the city skyline. Owner was easy to contact and very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Only drawback is that there is a lot of construction around the building. Great experience, would stay again!

This apartment in the neighborhood of Saint-Roch is brand new, fully stocked and very clean. It is a 15 min walk from the Old Quebec and tourist areas which is very nice when you need downtime. The building has a nice pool on top that we used during our stay.
Anne was great to work with and she answered all of questions quickly at all times.
We would definitely come back here !

Great rooftop
We especially enjoyed the rooftop space with both pool, chairs as separate dining table with grills. All of the people we met inside the building were friendly and kind.

Construction Problem
The entry way to the building was under contruction and it was difficult to get in and out with suitcases etc. Safetly haszard. The rooftop wasn't open.
