Check in, die Wohnung ansich, die Lage, die Kommunikation.......Alles top!

Es fällt leider witterungsbedingt (Feuchtigkeit von außen) und lagebedingt der Putz im Wohnzimmer von der Wand. Hat uns so nicht weiter gestört, aber da der ganze Putz am Boden lag, heißt das für uns, dass schon länger niemand mehr geputzt und nach dem Rechten gesehen hat. Die Wohnung ansicht ist komplett trocken und war auch sauber!

A szállásadó nevében eljáró kontakt személy nagyon korrekt volt, folyamatosan egyeztetett velünk a megérkezésünk előtt, Így a szállás átvétele gördülékeny volt. A parton lévő parkolóban (1 óra ingyenes) a csomagjainkat kivettük, majd a szállásadó által megadott ingyenes parkolóba mentünk át a kocsinkkkal. A szállás a nagyon közel volt a belvároshoz, pékség, piac, bolt, strand, látnivalók pár 100 méteren belül voltak. Az óriási terasz és a kilátás az ami mindent vitt, valami gyönyörű.... A szállás teljesen megfelelt a leírtaknak. minden rendben volt. Csak ajánlani tudjuk!

Minden rendben volt! A teraszra a szomszéd étterem teraszáról nagyon rálátnak, érdemes lenne valami belátás elleni védelmet kialakítani.

Top location. As closest to the sea as possible. A nice little market around the corner.

It was a beautiful apartment in a great location. The terrace on the water was so very relaxing and had an exceptional view. the hosts were wonderful and helpful too! I really liked everything about the property and everything about Rovinj!

Location was awesome. Having a balcony right on the water was very special.. Beds were very comfortable. Very unique apartment.

It was challenging to know how to use appliances...no instructions. The toilet water was always running.

Location was fabulous on the little quieter, more residential side of the city, but still close to everything, the terrace a highlight. Our host Laura was very attentive, answering all our questions and making recommendations for sightseeing and dining.

Everything was really exceptional. The apartment is in a great location, in the city center and yet provides peace and privacy. The accommodation is equipped with all the necessary things to make your stay feels like in your own house.

Despite their beautiful appearance, the seagulls were still quite noisy early in the morning and sometimes quite cheeky in order to take food from the table on the terrace. Also, the internet didn't work very well in all rooms and the apartment could have been a bit cleaner. If you intend to use your own car every day, the distance to the parking lot with a reasonable price of 11 euros per day can be a bit tiring. Also, that daily ticket does not guarantee that you will always have a parking space in that nearest parking (especially in the high summer season). But all in all, none of this significantly affected the comfortable feeling in this perfect accommodation!

Fantastic location for all local attractions. Property has beautiful views over the sea and harbour. The host was very polite, courteous and helpful. Recommended local restaurants and bars for night time.
