We were amazed at how completely equipped the kitchen was. We do a lot of cooking so it was great to have everything we needed. All the beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels and linens.

A wonderful property. Everything was clean, modern comfortable beds, very scenic, good location with access to everything downtown, etc.etc. The only negative was that on the 3rd day the air conditioning failed and despite calling the site manager and co-ordinator, they did not get it repaired and on our last day, as we were about to check out, was our 1st contact with anyone about repairing the problem. I would have given a 5 star review if not for the A.C. issue. Len B.

Great location! My teens loved just leaving the place and walking everywhere. Beach and downtown easily walkable. Grocery nearby. Large porch with limited water views. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Kona area.

The condo was clean and well supplied with beach towels, Chairs, and an umbrella. Take them to the little public beach down which is 5min walk down the scenic Kona waterfront. The perfect place to stay! Having a covered garage parking spot was great, too. Everyone from Tim, the site manager, and the local host were all wonderful. The family was very sad to learn the week before our visit that the pool was unavailable for use. Arrived at the condo and the dryer was broken. Tim worked with us to offer accommodations for the pool but sad nonetheless as the availability of a pool everyday was an amenity we planned to use. The dryer was eventually replaced during our visit but again another amenity we had planned to use that we couldn’t. It’s all bad timing for our visit. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate to book with Tim as this place was great!

Location was amazing and close to beach shopping and amenities. Great restaurants. Everything promised, and amenities was there with the exception of an issue with the pool being closed. Didn’t really miss that part of the rental because we went to the beach almost every day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Had a great stay. Location is perfect close to restaurants and shopping. Loved the lanai; was great to relax and look out at the ocean. Lot of items stocked so you don’t need to go buy the essentials. Would definitely stay there again if I am back in Kona.

property was nice overall. great location, easy check in/ check out process as well as ample parking. did not get any recommendations for food we requested multiple times, and my sister had sand in her sheets and bedding and had to change it over herself. the washer also had mold in it so we couldnt wash anything.

This flat has the best location in Kailua-Kona … walking distance to beaches and great restaurants (so many good restaurants). The flat was as pictured, had lots of towels and kitchen utensils and we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket with fruit, cookies, coffee and chocolates. The lanai was very spacious. Plenty of hot water and the a/c worked great. Can’t ask for more.

The condo had so much space and was stocked with all the things we needed: boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, cooking spices. Everything was clean and nice. We especially loved the huge outdoor patio.

Tim was great to deal with and replied quickly with any questions. Highly recommend his house if your looking to stay in Volcano.

This was a great location for being able to drive to beaches and then walk to shops and restaurants after wonderful days in the sun. We have stayed in different condo at this site previously and this was why we picked it. Had most everything you would need available from cooking to beach gear. Pictures made living room seem a bit bigger, and with 6 of us there was not really much space or furniture to sit on, but we made do. Ally way got pretty loud at night, feel like the restaurant was having a war with the condo to roll out garbage to dumpsters about every 30 minutes, watched them unload 1 bag for a load, kinda humerus and entertaining except for when it wasn’t. Felt safe enough to let our teens hangout alone while adults went to dinner. wouldn’t recommend letting kids go out alone after dark, the homeless population has greatly increased in Kona in the last year, lots of drugs present (not properties fault, just letting parents know) all in all it was a great vacation and thankful for the great memories we made at this location.

We truly appreciated the convenient location and well stocked unit. We had a 1 year old with us who used the pack & play and high chair. The adults slept well in the beds and the unit was well stocked with beach toys and towels in addition to normal household needs. The property manager was very responsive when we had a check-in issue with the freezer door. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. The unit was even better than advertised. We found plenty of beach equipment, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need and our view from the large lanai was always interesting. We were so glad that there was an abundance of toweis and wash cloths. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Joni

As others have noted, this is not a luxurious property. But it comes with everything a family needs as a home base for exploring the Big Island and has lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance (and one small beach). I found it a great value for that purpose. The local property manager, Anne, was helpful and responsive, enabling us to check in a little early and make time for an island activity on our check-in day. She also had some great beach recommendations.

When it comes to location, you can't get much better if you are wanting to be right in town! Very short walk to Ali'i Dr(main strip) with plenty shopping, restaurants and a couple small beaches! Unit was very nice, clean and seemed very well maintained! We had no issues at all. Had pretty much everything you could need provided, including beach chairs, umbrella, body boards etc. Communication with property manager was great as well. If she did not answer, she was very quick to get back to you! Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

The condo was nice. The property manager was very easy to work with. We reduced our stay by two days. He promptly responded, approved the change, and refunded the difference. The location is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and a 7 min drive to major grocery/dept store. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

This is the place you want to be. The condo is in a central location which is nice when going to different beaches and sites every day. Shops, grocery stores and restaurants are all conveniently close. The unit was clean and had everything we needed and more. The owner and manger were quick to respond. Anne was very helpful in addressing questions and concerns. Definitely a place to come back to!

My third stay in a Kona vacation rental and BY FAR the best. Here’s why: 1. Clean. Not just superficially clean but clean behind closed cupboard doors. I’m soooo tired of staying at vacation rentals and having to clean grime out of coffee machines and dirty dishes in cupboards. Grosses me out. This place was deeply clean! 2. Location at harbor within walking distance of beach, activities, MANY restaurants makes this a real gem. Granted it’s not ON the ocean like other condos I previously rented (but they were further from beach ACCESS and restaurants). We don’t sit in a condo and look at the ocean waves - we go to the ocean and get in. This place is perfect for multi-generational parties where not everyone wants to do the same things, esp if you have one car. While some do the manta ray snorkle, others in party can walk to restaurants. 3. Amenities: The condo is very carefully and generously stocked with towels, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella, games, travel books (we left 1 more), SHARP kitchen knives needed for cutting pineapple, kitchen pots and pans (stainless and coated), toaster oven, blender, coffee maker with stainless steel carafe, etc. There were spices, cooking oils, paper products in cupboards. Not sure if left by earlier guests or maintained by host but these were hugely appreciated. Bedding is comfortable AND they offer 2 pillow types - foam and hotel-like feather style. (I’m so tired of finding only cheap foam pillows at vacation rentals; I now always bring my own. This is the 1st time I could have left my feather pillow home). There are extra blankets too. We were a party of 4 so didn’t use all the bedding and towels but it appears as if there is enough for large parties. Parking: Locked garage with easy access means your car, and stuff inside, is safe. The owner (off-island) and property manager (local) were both good communicators and responsive. I recommend using a sound machine. 5:30 a.m. trash pick up woke us up. We felt soooo very comfortable here. We would definitely stay again. I wish more vacation property owners were this caring and conscientious. I’m so tired of Dollar Store utensils, dull knives, inadequate kitchen supplies. Wish VRBO did better quality control. They could use this condo as a model. We stay in vacation rentals A LOT, sometimes a month at a time, and I can honestly say this is the best I’ve encountered perhaps ever in terms of how well stocked things were.

Overall great place to stay. Had everything we needed and place was very well kept. Central location and communication with the property manager was easy and they were very helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

Property was well maintained and clean. Air conditioned in both bedrooms with adaquate ceiling fans throughout the unit to allow proper air flow for cool down. Peaceful deck to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon wind-down.

well maintained 3 bedroom condo steps away from Ali'i Drive - the main tourist street in Kailua-Kona. but nice and quiet. stayed for 4 nights with husband and 4 teenage boys. had lots of extras (coffee, chocolate, fruit - from host, pantry stocked with those items that you would normally have to purchase - like sugar, creamer, spices, etc), beach towels, cooler, laundry detergent!!! felt very safe - locked parking garage under building. great A/C and ceiling fans in every room. host and property managers very accessible and available at all times.

Our host, Dan, met us upon arrival and took the time to walk us through the condo, the property, and even the nearby neighborhood. We all felt very welcomed and comfortable. The condo itself was perfect for the 4 of us and in a great central location. It was cleaner and more modern than other places we've stayed. Highly recommend

Dan was so accommodating, our entire stay! The condo was extremely clean and perfect for my family and I. We loved that we were in walking distance to all the shops/restaurants along the water. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Kona, you don’t want to miss out on this great condo!

Walking distance to all fun activities in Kona. Excellent for larger groups or those wanting privacy. Kitchen was well stocked with all items of convenience. Full sized laundry and dryer in the unit with its own water heater was awesome. Well cared for unit with clear attention to details. Beach towels and beach chairs were a nice touch. The owners were gracious and helpful when the building happened to have an outdoor walkway resurfacing project.

Great stay right downtown Kona! Property was very nice and clean. Host Dan was great meeting us there, showing us around and checking in with us. The one thing was the condo is on an alley that is loud at night with a bar and loud in the morning with delivery trucks. But overall a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was nice and had everything we needed. The only complaint is we had to check out 3 hours early due to a construction project which was not convenient.
