We stayed at RBV 314 for 12 days in February 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is new, clean and well-tended. Beautiful open floor plan with three outdoor spaces, which we loved. There were six of us, and we had plenty of room to spread out. My husband and two college-age children were able to successfully work and study remotely thanks to the wifi, and then sneak off to the beach in the afternoons because it was only a 2 minute walk from the villa. We also enjoyed the use of the bikes and the patio which had a grill and fire pit. The maintenance staff was very responsive when we discovered a few minor items that needed attention when we first arrived, as well, so we were quite pleased overall. Please note that they aren`t kidding when they say you need to supply everything. We had to go out and buy toilet paper the day after our arrival because we were on the verge or running out. This was a lovely quiet neighborhood, close to a full-service grocery store (Publix) that delivered, as well as within walking distance to a cute outdoor smoothie place, coffee shop and ice cream store, and a playground half a block away. The beach was beautiful and not at all crowded, so we were able to socially distance and have an incredible vacation despite the pandemic. This unit was very well maintained. It has an elevator which was convenient for groceries and such. Appreciated the beach supplies such as chairs, carts, and towels. Very roomy for 8 people. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We didn`t have any problems with renting this property and we will definitely rent here again the next time we visit. We are a family of six and we invited the in laws to stay with us along with my sister in laws and nieces and we had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Great house! We traveled to Redington Beach for a girls weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the Modern TH. It fit the 10 of us comfortably. The place was as shown on the site and just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Check-in and out were very easy and the property management was quite prompt with their response to any questions. I would recommend staying here with a big group if you are headed to the area!

The property was great and in a great location to everything. The house was very roomy for our whole party. We had a party of 10 and had plenty of room for everyone. Would most definitely stay again if ever in that area again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this very pristine property. All the rooms were spacious and clean. The master bathroom - awesome! Had several teenagers who loved all the space as well as the paddle boards, kayaks and bikes. My only complaint was that it was quite warm in the house and not even overly warm outside. We did not push the ac below 73 as requested but eveyone complained at one point or another that they were warm. We did find a nice box fan, though, which was helpful. And there was only one wine glass, which seemed funny since there’s a splendid built in wine fridge! The beach was a very quick and easy walk or bike ride away. We were having such a good time we actually stayed an extra night! And will definitely plan on going back again. Thank you!!

Loved the location and kayaks! My only complaint is the lack of ceiling fans and the thermostat was at a fixed temperature.

This town house is perfect for an extended family or group. Comfortable in every way, immaculately clean, spacious, bright and cheerful, and a very short walk to the terrific Redington Beach. Teeming VR, who you will be dealing with, is an efficient property manager. The downsides during our stay were trivial. Overhead lights in shower/tub were not working (probably just needed bulb replacement), the owner hadn’t replenished the supply of glasses in the kitchen in a long time (natural attrition by previous guests no doubt), and the incredibly long rental agreement you will be required to sign seems overly lawyered and calculated to intimidate. But don’t let that stuff prevent you from booking. The place is so good you will shrug off the inevitable minor annoyances.

This place is very nice and well thought out. Easy walk to the beach with all the necessary toys available. Also easy walk to several places to eat. We had a great time and would choose it again.

We loved this property and would stay again. Plenty of space, clean, easy to reach manager by text. Easy walk to the beach and the portable chairs from the garage were great. The beach is beautiful there.

This is a 5 star property. Beautiful townhouse-definitely well able to accommodate our family. Bedrooms are roomy and the access to the beach was easy even with 4 kids and the kayak, paddle board, etc. Great location with a small park at the end of the street. The only things keeping us from a 5 star rating was the clean up after prior guests. One shower drain was clogged and even for a self-catering unit we expected 2 full propane tanks for the 2 different features requiring propane (grill & patio fire table). Never could get it.

Close to beach and lots of room for family of 7 adults and 2 small children

We were very happy with our stay. The house was very nice and very clean. The elevator was definitely an added bonus. We made a call for extra sheets and towels and they were delivered promptly. We highly recommend this house.

We had a great fourth of July here with our six kids. The location is perfect and the facility is beautiful. It was very clean. The only things we had to add were bigger coffee mug (I'm kind of an addict and 6 ounce coffee doesn't cut it) and some boogie boards. We left them there for the next visitors. The park down the street was a wonderful suprise, our 8 year old twins loved it.

Nice big, beautiful place with everything we needed to get through a week with 7 teenage boys and 6 moms. Very quick walk to the beach and bus.

We had a great family vacation in Redington Beach! We love the home & pedestrian beach access right across the street. The bikes we to beat up to use but there was a convenient bike rental just up the road. There are so many beaches on the coast to enjoy as well as John’s pass for shopping & watersport fun. Our family made many great memories!!

The home is beautifully beach decorated. It’s comfortable with lots of seating and had the perfect amount of space for our 4 couples and 3 kids. There are TVs in every room which is so nice to have if you need alone time to entertain yourself. What we loved: - location! It's one block from the beach so it makes walking there with tons of chairs/towels/kids much easier and you can easily go to the bathroom too! - elevator! - decor - makes you feel like you're in a fun boutique hotel - basics - nice to have first set of toilet paper, mini soaps, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, pots, pans, Keurig and a coffee maker - responsiveness – fast response from property manager when a doorknob was broken. The next day someone was there to fix it. - beach supplies – cart, kayaks that we didn’t use, children’s beach toys - bikes - outdoor space, grill, seating, fire pit, shower/hose The areas of opportunities include: - lighting in bathrooms upstairs are very dim. Oddly dim. It was tough to get ready when the sun went down - beach towels. These were listed in the amenities and thus we expected enough for all of us. When communicated w property manager, we were informed that yes there are enough bath towels for all 12 people but only 6 beach towels are given due to typical damage and loss of beach towels. This should be communicated prior so we could be prepared. - beach chairs. We were told we'd have 9 chairs but only 5 were available to us. We adjusted but again, would have been nice to know prior. Overall, it was a nice stay. Would we stay there again, yes, with the caveats of being more prepared for what to expect. Would I recommend it? Yes, with the same caveats as above. If you want a nice place to stay, close to the beach, walking distance and easy access to grocery stores/shopping/etc. then stay here.

Simple process

This was an excellent place to enjoy a beach vacation! Easy walking distance to the beach with a crosswalk. The layout of the townhouse allowed all of our adult children to have room to spread out and have some privacy. We enjoyed evenings around the backyard fire pit and mornings on the porch in the comfy chairs. We truly appreciated the access to beach towels, the beach cart and chairs, the paddle boards, kayak's and bikes. WoW! We have never rented a place so generous with their possessions. Thank you! We hope to come back again next year!

Very good accommodations Nice beach and easy to get to House was organized well

This townhome was spacious and comfortable for the 9 of us. It was also located a mere one block from a wonderful beach and a very nice playground for our grandchildren. A bonus, was all the items that were for our use in the garage below - beach chairs, shovels, buckets etc. On the 2 very windy and rainy days we were there and being outside wasn't an option, we had room to spread out in the house and do our own thing without bumping into each other. We cooked most of our meals and had all the necessary kitchen items we needed, other than dishtowels for drying dishes. When we contacted them about this and a shortage of beach towels, they arrived the next morning with them. They were very attentive to our needs. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture in the living space. I would definitely recommend this townhome for a family get-together in Florida.

great family house - exactly as described. beach cart to carry chairs etc to beach, paddle boards and Kayaks and bikes in garage are very helpful. will stay there next time in the area without even looking for anything else

The house was very nice, modern and very clean. The location was great, very close to St. Petersburg if you wanted to go out, but far enough away you didn't have to deal with the crowds. There was beach access right across the main road, easy walk there. The house is three stories, but there is an elevator to get bags to the upper levels. We also had older people with us who couldn't do the stairs repeatedly, so it was great for us. There were no trash bags or salt and pepper provided, but everything else was available and easily found. They advertised there was a grill, but the propane tank was empty and we had to get it refilled. Overall it was a great stay. My family and I would stay there again if we were in the area.
