It was the perfect setup for our family. Plenty of space. Fabulous location and endless beach views. A lot of space for parking multiple cars. The house was beautiful and well-appointed. We loved our stay here!

The property was clean and right on the beach. We will be back when the weather is better!

THE HOUSE WAS WONDERFUL IT HAD JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR COOKWARE AND DISHES, WE PICKED UP A TRAY TO MAKE CUPCAKES AND LEFT IT THERE FOR THE NEXT TRIP OUT (<3 the small cupcakes) THEY EVEN HAD PAPER TOWELS AND TISSUE, THE KITCHEN IS UPSTAIRS WHICH KIND OF SUCKED FOR HAULING IN THE GROCERIES AND EVERYTHING WHEN WE ARRIVED BUT IT WAS ALRIGHT OVERALL, THE BEACH WAS IN FRONT OF YOU WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR TO ENJOY A FEW DAYS OF FALL BREAK WITH OUR GRANDS WHO LOVED IT! WE HAVE 3 ONLY TWO WERE COMING BUT LAST MINUTE WE GOT OUR 15 YEAR OLD AND EVEN HE HAD A GREAT TIME. THERE REALLY IS 5 BATHROOMS AND YOU USE THEM ALL AS THEY ARE SO CONVENIENTLY PLACED, BEDS WERE COMPFY LAUNDRY WORKED FINE SHOPPING CLOSE LOTS OF FOOD PLACES CLOSE BY AND ALL THE NEIGHBORS WERE JUST GOOD PEOPLE!! THANK GOD BECAUSE WE HAVE DOGS THAT WERE NOSY AT TIMES, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE FOR A NICE GET AWAY TO ANYONE WITH MY CRITERIA <3 JUST DOING LIFE, AT GODSPEED!

They only thing I did not care for was the beds they were very hard and the first floors bathroom and the floors were very dirty. I went to wipe up some coffee that spilled and the napkin was black from the dirt. But with that said I would highly recommend this place.

Nice house. Beautiful views and location.

This house has the most beautiful view. The kitchen was very high end, surpassed my expectations. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The host responded quickly and was friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing beach house. Had everything you could want except games to play with family and couldn't get the coffee maker to work. Tiny difficulty with the kitchen/dining area being upstairs as my son is handicapped, but we knew that going in. Great neighborhood. Clean, felt safe, quiet, beautiful views. Felt like a private beach although we were there when the weather was colder and during the week, so I'm not sure what it's like on the weekends. I would stay here again!

The exterior is a bit underwhelming, but the interior living room and kitchen were beautiful. The bedrooms and bath were nice, clean and comfortable. However, the rental agreement was quite extensive. If I had seen all of their restrictions, before I booked the property, I may not have proceeded. I have rented many vacation properties, and have not run in to these issues before.The limit on daytime guests was 50% of total occupancy which was (3)! There clearly was sleeping available for more than (6), but if you had more you could be evicted and forfeit the $1000 deposit. The departure time was 10:00 a.m. sharp. You would be charged $25 every hour beyond that AND forfeit the $1000 deposit. It has now been 17 days since our departure of the property and I’m still waiting for my $1000 security deposit back. When I contacted ReMax, I was told it could take up to 21 days. So we’ll see?

Well the big blue beauty was perfect for this. The view was magnificent. Now the not so positive. The TV in the main living area did not work. The TV would turn on but there was no cable subscription so we could not watch the news or NFL football. The house was advertised as 3 bedroom and 5 baths but really had only 3 baths. There was a 4th bath in the garage but not convenient to use. No idea where the missing 5th bath was. We couldn’t find it. But really who needs 5 baths?The bed in the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd level (the cheetah room) was horrible. It squeaks every time someone sits on it, rolls over, or gets out of bed. The home overall did not have the kitchenware for a house with a rental at this price. The house sleeps 6 but does not have 6 water glasses. While there were 6 juice glasses there were not 6 larger drinking glasses. The pans were spread throughout the cabinets and were cheap and flimsy. We couldn’t cook fried eggs without it becoming scrambled eggs due to the poor quality of pans. We had chili one night and had to buy a cook pot to use as there were only small sauce pans. The house has a spiral staircase that is not pictured. My aunt was in a wheelchair so it was difficult getting her up to the main floor. The home description does mention this but a picture would have been nice. A picture is worth a thousand words, right?

There was construction in the house next door which was noisy. I did call about the noise and I was refunded 10% by the owner. The microwave vent was going on and off all night. The doors to the balcony didn't lock and made it hard to relax Knowing it wasn't locked. The Blinder was broken. We ended our trip and had to strip the sheets off the beds we used I was rather disgusted with the pillows and the mattresses. they were dirty and stained. Also, there were 5 remote controls to the TV but no direction. Not that we wanted to watch TV but it would have been nice to see the news.
