My family visited NYC and stayed at Nancy’s apartment. We found the entire experience very convenient and pleasant. The parking onsite was wonderfully convenient. Location was very close to the train to help us navigate to our activities over the course of our stay. The apartment was very clean and ample to fit our family of 5 and stocked to support us during the stay.
There is construction on the street nearby which made navigating the one-way streets a bit tricky at first but we figured out the best way to work around the construction after the first day and didn’t cause problems after our initial arrival.
Overall a great experience for our family.

The property and host were great. Nice touches such as toiletries were very welcome as our bags were list. Neighborhood is okay, parking was difficult on Satruday night, and it was an easy walk to light rail to get to Libery State Park, downtown Jersey City, then on to Manhattan

The property was even nicer than described! The added “small” amenities - - like the “Just in Case” supplies in the bathrooms and the coffee/tea “accessories” (stirrers, sweetener packets, creamer tubs) in the kitchen - - were a testament to the hospitality and professionalism of Nancy, the hostess. We DEFINITELY recommend the property AND the hostess!!!

The apartment was very clean. Nancy was a great host and communication was immidiate. The location was great for our needs. I love that the litte things like shampoo and conditioner were provided, most rentals do not provide the little necessities. We like to eat breakfast and dinner at our rentals to save money. I wish there had been a toaster and a griddle for cooking, other than that there was plenty of dishes for us to use including tupperware to store our left overs in. Overall it was a great experience and I would rent again if I plan a future trip.

Comfortable place to stay for a family of 5 while visiting NYC. It was really impeccably clean and comfortable with a kitchen and enough bedding and towels, etc. we drove to the exchange place which cost about 20.00 a day to park, took the PATH to the World Trade Center and then used subway from there. Parking was challenging at the exchange place. We were thankful there was a parking spot for the rental rather than just street parking. Nancy did speak to us as we felt a bit uncomfortable with the neighborhood, she says renters have never had any problems, we did not have any problems either, but do not feel like it would be comfortable to walk around with a family on these streets especially at nighttime

The house was just as described very clean and comfortable for a family of 5. Only one bathroom and with teenagers that was a hassle but we managed.
Nancy was very attentive and answered all my questions and eased my thoughts about the neighborhood. The location is only 15 mins away from the exchange location which makes it easy. Paid $25 a day to park next door and took the train in to NYC which was very convenient

Nancy is the best host you could ever have! This home away from home was the perfect place for my family and I to stay on our first trip to New York. It made our stay so comfortable! The area was a little hard to navigate because of construction, but she was so great and helping us navigate and get into the property, we were minutes away from liberty Landing, where we could catch a ferry to New York City so easily if you want a great place to stay this is it. Beautifully decorated beautifully supplied if I could give it an A+ plus plus plus I would.

The property was/ is as described; well equipped , only thing missing is a toaster. Neighbors are all polite. Close proximity to Jersey City activities as well as the PATH to get you into Manhattan. The pulse of the neighborhood is vibrant. We got our full NJ/NY experience that I was hoping for.

This was the worst experience ever!
The host was very slow to answer messages even before the trip, it took her 2 days to answer my questions.
She did not inform us, prior to the trip that the roads surrounding the property were closed due to construction. It took us forever to get to the house and had to drive on a wrong way street.
The code she provided for the property was wrong. Three adults took turns pouring in the code provided by the host with no success.
We’ve messaged the host through the app multiple times before 10:00 pm but no reply.
Since we couldn’t reach anyone from Vrbo that evening we had to take our two kids and checked in a hotel in newark. This was our spring break mini vacation.
We’ve paid over one grand for two nights at this property and so far we got a refund to cover about a third from the host who refused to even refund the cleaning fee even though we couldn’t even set foot in the property. Because of this we also ended up having to pay even more money for the two nights we stayed at the hotel.
A whole bunch of money and nerves, time spent on the phones for what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway!

This was a great home for our stay - a short drive to the PATH station, with off- and on-street parking, clean and well-equipped. The neighbors were friendly and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. I appreciated all the extra touches and clear communication with the host. This was a great meeting spot for a short vacation with friends, and we'll definitely plan to return!'

Your place was extremely clean, very comfortable and conveniently located. It was close enough to the city that we could get there quickly by ferry, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle when we wanted to. The house was very clean! You can definitely tell they take care of the home. We loved all the little details like teas, hot chocolate, different coffees, travel information, site seeing suggestions, toothbrush, body wash and etc. Contacting Nancy was very easy and she was helpful. The train is 7 minutes away walking and the bus route was 4 minutes walking. We did not have any issues with the neighborhood and the neighbors were actually very nice. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The home is well supplied with kitchen utensils, pans, spices and containers. We only had 2 issues one was the people upstairs at 2a-3am were loud on 2 days our kids could hear them walking around and talking in the rooms by restroom & kitchen. No blame to owners we understand that’s out of your control. The other issue was finding quarters to wash no one in the neighborhood stores or city had several quarters. I was able to get enough to wash & dry one load after trying to get quarters for a couple days. I wish I would have known quarters are provided upon request I read that on a review before posting. Overall, our family felt very comfortable and enjoyed the home. Thank you for taking care of this home we will definitely come back!

1. Staying in the apartment on the first floor we could hear very well what was happening on the second floor, even just people walking. Might be hard to fall asleep
2. The washer and the dryer work only with quarter coins - quite inconvenient since we don’t carry cash - you need a lot of coins to make it work - it took us some vacation time to get those
3. Getting to the city is time consuming if the roads are busy

The home was beautiful, and the stay was nice! I along with my family toured NYC and could come back for a rest. Everything was great, the host constantly communicated the messages.
Only until the checkout when I was forcibly made to pay $$ for 10:30AM checkout in place of 10AM.
This was due to miscommunication that the cleaning guys would be at the door at 10 AM, we were all ready with luggage outside but didn't see anybody come so we took it slightly easy, assuming the cleaning lady didn't show up yet!
And then at 10:30 AM, the cleaning lady shows up and claims to be waiting outside. And the Host is behaving like a Cop, making me pay $$ more, at a charge of $ per minute! I paid haplessly, but this left such a bad taste and washed away all the good experiences!!
I would have paid if she put clearly on the Listing about the Penalty Charges per minute for late checkouts!!
We had a 1.5-year-old toddler, and she could just send a message at 10 AM that the cleaning person was outside. No, she waits until 10:30 AM to penalize. Until before that there are messages for everything!! So beware of this!! No exemptions for late checkout!

Property is cozy, quaint and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and centrally located just across the bridge from NY. I found no stone left unturned as everything I needed was available; from labeled kitchen dressers/cabinets to the bed in the master suite being very inviting and relaxing. As well, the desk and internet speed met ALL requirements to efficiently handle business. This will be my go to for travel to the NY/NJ area!.

This place was perfect for our week in the city. There were five of us and the space was perfect. The listing is super accurate to the house and it is within walking distance to the train to hit the PATH and then Subway to NYC. The apartment was so clean you could eat off the floor. There was lots of towels and wash cloths, the kitchen setup was like being at home; all the cabinet draws were labeled which made it very easy to find what you needed and, return items to its proper place. Nancy thought of everything. She provided items like tooth brushes and tooth paste, razors, bandages, tylenol, nail clipper, nail file, and twizers. There was so many items I don't have enough room to name them all. What was surprising is there was a gift basket when we arrived; this has never happened at any place I've ever stayed at. Nancy was available during the entire stay and she was more than accomodating. If you want an outstanding experience you need to stay here. Whenever we're coming back to visit New York we won't stay anywhere but here. THANKS NANCY!!!!!!!
