Very clean and tidy place overall. Pool is superb. The restaurant offers a good cuisine selection and service is excellent. The nearby river allows you to do a bit of kayaking.

The capital city nearby and its area are very disappointing, extremely dirty and with an astonishing lack of maintenance. By contract the hotel should get a 5 star rating.

The river at the back of the property is very blue and pretty! Free breakfast.

- There is no kitchenette, kettle or fridge in the rooms, which means you are entirely reliant on the accommodation restaurant. No place to keep a drink cold or a snack. The only place you can fill water is at the restaurant. But you can’t use the filtered water to refill your water bottle, as it is “just for cups” - There is a German Shepard locked in a cage at the front of the property. This is cruel and inhumane. - The room doesn’t have any lamps on the bedside tables and no additional furnishings other than a bed and wardrobe. - The bathroom is very small. And when you have a shower the whole place will be wet. - The location is definitely rural and not walkable to Danilovgrad, which is nice in some ways but also means a car is 100% needed as there is nothing around. The river is absolutely gorgeous and a stunning blue. - People who are not staying at the accommodation can come to swim at the pool for a fee. Which means it gets quite busy and overrun during the summer. Not the low key energy we assumed it would have. I was really hopefully for this place because of the generous reviews. Maybe it is just personal taste but I think it’s important to highlight there’s key factors. We left a day early because we preferred to pay an additional cost to stay elsewhere

Walls are so thin, we coudln't sleep all night because of the noisy neigbhours.

Everything was just as described. It is cosy, quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature. Great to relax, take a walk, swim in the pool. Daily visits including using the pool are also available for price of 10 euros per person.

We especially liked the restaurant: it is very good. Excellent service, very good food and excellent wine (of the owner). Everything reasonably priced. We did not use the swimming pool as it was raining but it looks great (brandnew, safe). All the rooms are brandnew too. We could find the accommodation easily as the manager texted us the location on Google maps. We chose this place because we wanted to visit Ostrog Monastery.

Very friendly staff , very helping and very kind . The territory is very safe , beautiful surroundings with great swimming pool and Cristal clear water . They serve nice breakfasts and food all the day . We lived in small newly furnished houses.

The staff at Jovanovich were super friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful & big. Very pretty location and great spot for day trips in all directions.

The room was sparse and would benefit from a small table and a couple of seats. At such a good price though, no real complaints!

We’ve felt so welcome at this place. Staff was incredible hospitable, location is wonderful and we all enjoyed our stay indeed.

To stay in this property I am feeling more as a family guest/friend than just simple stay in the hotel. We arrived in the evening and we got super nice dinner with wine in their restaurant. the houses ar completely new and super clean. All Staff are very kind and helpfull. Best property not only in Montenegro but all of I had in my life! big thanks!!

All. The staff is great. Professional, kind and nice. The villas / rooms are beautiful and perfect for a holiday. The pool is gorgeous. The location is perfect for visiting the lakes and surroundings. It is possible to rent kayaks and go into the river right in front of the structure, a dream place. The restaurant with great local food is superb. Excellent breakfast. There is a private and free parking.

We went with no expectations and we were completely amazed by this beautiful find. What a wonderful place this is. The hosts were exceptional and went above and beyond to meet all our needs- they were so attentive. Very generous and delicious breakfast. Stunning views from the infinity pool which is kept crystal clear.Good choice of food and drink and very well priced at the on site restaurant.Little extras like fruit from the orchard, all added to a perfect time. Thanks so much- we hope to see you again.

Great weekend with swimming in the pool, starry night, rest, contact with nature and kayaking on the river. The space is incredible and accessible, near the capital - less than half an hour's journey. Everything is new, well maintained and very clean. It can be seen that everything is managed with care. The suites are new, cute and tidy with air conditioning, mosquito nets, closets, clean linens and towels. The garden is beautiful, full of fruit trees and the pool is amazing. Kayaking on the Zeta River was a stunning and fantastic experience! I totally recommend. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was very good. During our stay, we were presented with delicious fresh fruit from the garden. Milos is a great host, available, very polite and helped us with everything we needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I truly recommend the stay and thank you for everything! Best wishes to all.
