the location was easy to find, it was beyond my expectation, can watch netflix in the room, very comfy sofa, there is fridge and kitchen to prepare simple food. the wifi connection is very strong. overall very pleasing experience!

We stayed overnight as we were flying the next day from Miri. It was 6 of us. We were impressed with the unit as it was perfect and well equipped for our stay. The location was near the airport. Will definitely stay here again when flying out from Miri.

There was no microwave.

What I like is the bedroom it self , especially the pillow . It's very soft and pillowy , very comfortable for me to sleep.

The door lock of the room that I stay. We have difficulty opening the door knob of the key given, it took us a few minutes to try . The staff should give detail and proper instruction or guidance when the visitor come to check in . It's the first time I visit serene height so there's a lot of things that I'm confuse with.

It was clean and location is not that far from other attraction area.

We were given a different unit that did not match with the description of our booking. We contact the management and they say we book the wrong unit, however the booking confirmation details state otherwise. We book for 3 rooms for 6 people but given 3 rooms for 5 people instead.

If possible can we have hose for toilet use? 😁 Tq so much..

only some very minor issue, too close with next room so tend to hear their conversations. another one is the TV remote’s battery needs to be checked regularly.

No proper instruction provided. Lift not sensitive to touch, called property how to use lift and by then it function. Quite confusing to search for the room. Found room 1 & room 2. Not mention which one is ours. Tried unlocked with the keys. TV remote battery not working, explore ourselves why not working. It works after we change the battery. Floor dusty. Provided basic necessity only -: iron, towel. No hair dryer. Better ask what you need before booking
