the rooms we’re comfortable and the pool is a real asset

check in wasn’t very easy as we could not find the entrance and people didn’t really speak English, but they were still willing to help

The size of the suite was good and the cleaning ladies were exceptional and so nice. The the rooftop swimming pool had a great view, but should have more lounge chairs.

We chose this hotel because it was advertised that there is a pool on the roof. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay and the hotel staff only told us about it during the check-in. The hotel staff contacted us several times before we arrived and asked about our arrival time, but they didn't even mention that the pool is not available. If we knew that the pool is not available during our stay, we would have chosen a different hotel. In addition to that, the hotel is far away from everything. There are no shops or restaurants nearby.
