Beautifully decorated

Loved the location & coziness of the cabin. Only negatives were the lack of WiFi (fine but wish we had known in advance) and this meant the smart tv didnt connect either.

Perfect size cabin for our family of 4 for a quick mountain get away. Could have been cleaner but we did not spend much time inside - we came to explore the mountains and town of Ellijay so it worked great for us.

The cabin was cute but the heat went out in the middle of the stay.

The cabin was so well decorated and the layout was great for time together with friends. The outdoor space was great as well. Cabin was clean and the beds were great! Super comfy- would want to buy that brand of mattress in the future. Driveway is steep but didn’t have any trouble getting up the hill.

The house was perfect. Love the porch, especially the covered part. The yard was beautiful. We had deer a couple of mornings. It was very peaceful. It was close enough to everything we wanted or needed, and still isolated.

The house was very clean and well laid out. The 3rd, half bath was a nice surprise. Both full bathrooms were very nice. Porch was beautiful for sitting outside for morning coffee. The firepit had great overhead lighting and comfortable chairs to enjoy the fire in.

We arrived to a very clean two-story cabin set on a hill close to a creek. It was so peaceful and quiet. There are mosquitoes; therefore, opening the windows was not an option because there were no screens. That was the only negative we had. We would stay there again and we will recommend it to friends. The drive into town was short, and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and a grocery store.

Great place. Had a few wasps to deal with. We’re coming in through the walls or ceilings. But the cabin had wasp spray. So no issues

Just need to put curtains on bathroom windows

Home was very clean!;) close to town. The only down fall was gos didn’t take us right to it. It was dark when we got there and had a hard time finding it. However once we were there it was great!

Easy process would recommend more lighting rooms so dark had to carry flashlights around at night. Needs some over head lights lamps do not over enough to see well. Need curtains or window coverings in the bathrooms other than that we loved it.

Quaint cabin was perfect for a weekend with friends.

The pictures of this property are amazing which is proof that pictures can be deceiving. My husband and I were excited about staying there but we unfortunately found ourselves feeling quite different within hours of being there. The property needs ALOT of maintenance and upkeep. The curtains didn’t cover the windows, the shiplap was falling off the walls in the bathroom, there was NO privacy covering on the windows in the bathroom at all, the fireplace was strictly for decoration, all of the vents that supplied heat to the cabin were covered by furniture, fixtures (curtain rod) if lightly touched would fall off the wall (my husband tried putting the small panel of curtain in the middle of the window for just some privacy and the entire curtain rod -everything fell off the wall), the ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work, we woke up one morning to find roaches in the kitchen, there was a hole in the floor next to the staircase which needs repair, the seal in the shower was falling out, no washer and dryer but there were hookups for it, the sliding closet doors in the downstairs bedroom hit each other all night because they wouldn’t stay closed, there were cracks in the bathroom door, and without a washer/dryer we had to call and request additional towels throughout our stay. Overall, this experience taught us a valuable lesson - we won’t be staying at a vrbo ever again.

Beautiful cabin. Nice getaway. Very pleased with cleanliness. Only issue we had was we were left only 4 towels and 6 washcloths for 4 people and a 3 night stay. If there was a washer and dryer it wouldn’t have been a problem. I had to buy additional towels and washcloths for our stay. Other than that we were very pleased with everything. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire pit and playing games. Would stay again.

This is a really cute cabin. Decorated really nice. Furnished with everything we needed. Comfortable. Easy to get to and close enough in. Not too far from wherever we wanted to go. Price is good. I gave it a 5 even though there were a few minor drawbacks. The lighting is horrible, but we like a lot of light. I called Vacasa and maintenance came and brought another lamp which helped a lot with reading. The bedroom had two windows, but only one had curtains, which was odd. Again, maintenance took care of that when he brought the lamp. (Yes, we were in the woods, but I could see people on the road coming to the cabin.) It needs a washer and dryer. The way the closet doors are mounted in the master looks neat, but not very functional. Hard to get in to. Even though we did not use the firepit, the grass to it needed cutting really bad. Looked neat in the promo pics. And the only way to turn the lights off that are over the pit is to unplug them. Be sure you do this before you go to bed because they are outside the bedroom window. (They were plugged in when we got there, and the plug is on the outside around back). It has a really nice side porch. Enjoyed sitting out there and if you like to grill, it has a nice grill and place to eat out there. We understood that this has only been remolded and rented for a couple of months or so. I'm sure there are some kinks to work out. I gave it a 5, but maybe a 4 and a half.

Great location and beautiful home. Perfect size for two couples or just for a couple getaway. Close to downtown Ellijay. Would stay here again.

Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by some deer in the yard. They bid us farewell when we departed as well. Overall the house was good. Biggest negatives were that the master bed was too small and uncomfortable to my taste (sofa was great though) and the remote in the master doesn’t work well with the tv so you need to grab the remote from the living room and use them in tandem. The TV was so new the manufacture demo screen was still playing. Took a while to figure out how to get it off (needed other remote) but was fine once I did.

We loved the house and location. A perfect getaway! The only thing I would add is blinds for privacy, especially with the neighbors being so close.

Beautiful cabin in a great location! Decor was gorgeous, loved the outdoor covered patio and firepit, beds were comfortable. Loved that the tv rolled so we can sit on patio & watch football in the evenings. Recommend adding a coffee table on patio, and supply paper towels & corkscrew. Close to wineries. Had a wonderful stay!

My husband and I came here with my two best friends. The place was a bit hard to find, but we did. Very secluded and gorgeous scenery. We went for walks down the very steep hill to the stream which was gorgeous.

What a lovely, serene and warm environment. We had a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay there again😊

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin exceeded our expectations.

Quiet property, really nice accommodations!

The cabin was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was new but not connected to water so ice was not available. The stairs are spiral and not suitable for children or older adults. The upper bedroom had lamps next to the bed but the pluggs were on the other wall and too far to plug in. Other wise the cabin is brand new and everything in it is new.

The inside was nice for a rental. the outside was nice but could have used a grass cutting and cleanup. Not the worst but needed some improvement for sure. All in all for the money it was fine.

This cabin is beautiful. Believe me. The owners probably hired an interior designer to choose and place furniture, siding, paint, etc. However, we were one of the first to rent which made a lot of the experience oriented to actually getting the house ready for the following renters. For example, almost every piece of furniture and fixtures still had price tags, from the chairs to the ceiling fans. I cleaned the grill grates still coated with factory oils, spent half an hour looking for batteries to work the remote operated fans, and had to cut through paint to open the windows. Up until now, I'd been between three and four stars and decided not to review until just now because the cabin was so beautiful. But when I noticed some unexpected activity in my Netflix account and managed to trace the IP account back to Ellijay, I knew exactly what happened and felt compelled to write this review. I've always had to sign into my accounts when coming into a new rental. I had some minor problems with this rental, but the biggest is that I now have to reset parrots for security. If it wasn't for this, this review would be 4 stars

Love everything about this cabin.
