I liked the location and I liked that it was at least clean. I also like the fact they do not allow smoking in the rooms.

It's an older Hotel and that part is fine, but for $260 / night I expected much more. The room we stayed in had two full beds. For that price I would expect at least a king size. The owners struggle with English so it made it very hard to communicate.

I have to say the beds were too high. It was a small room with one chair and it was not co.fortable to sit on the beds.

Room was clean along with a clean bathroom.

The location was very convenient to the square. We loved the walk. We visited every shop. We love Ellijay 😁. It was quiet and beautiful.

The bed. It really needed a new mattress 😐. A little tender loving care goes a long way... Other than that I was satisfied.

Heat little noisy

Location

Floors were wet because when it rains it comes into the room. The staff even with the do not disturb sign opens door. Not once but twice.

It was in a great location, with shops, a church, and restaurants nearby.

By far the rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever met at any hotel. They were rude at check-in, were rude if I needed anything, and were rude when I left. I’ve never experienced anything like it.

The location, this place is in the heart of elijay

Everything else. This is not a hotel or an inn, it is a MOTEL. So expect a motel kind of stay. The staff were very rude and short. One of the owners even screamed at me at one point(unprovoked), when reminding me there were no smoking room's on the property she screamed and insisted that I would be smoking inside the room and would charge me the smoking fee of 50 dollars?? I've never smoked in my life and don't plan to. I've stayed everywhere from high end luxury hotels for hundreds of dollars a night, to hostels that cost 5 bucks. This place was not worth even 100 dollars a night I paid. There was an upside to the stay, I didn't find any bedbugs.
