the place is vey clean and cozy, convenient to the beach and outlet mall.

Ants were everywhere. We walked in and they were all over the kitchen counters. As I am texting you, there is an ant is crawling up my sleeve. They were in the living room. the kitchen rug has never been cleaned and washed it is covered with crumbs and they are living under the rug .

It was easy to book for the mistake part. Vacasa was a good communicator. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The place was decent. I would say best for 2 couples. Ample provision of towels and beach items like chairs.

Could use a little upgrading. I don't think the sofa is a good option, at least not for adults. Instructions should include what to do with laundry and trash, which was overflowing.

Some things could have been changed/fixed. Shower curtain liner in master bath was old/yellow. Fan in second bedroom was not useable

Clean and cozy. Like that it was close to the beach. Only a 10 minute drive, depending on traffic.

Wish 2nd bedroom had a Tv. People above us had children and running around a lot. Which we could hear.

For a family with adult children having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 TV’s was perfect.

The queen mattress was uncomfortable and there was no paper towels. A large bag of towels was left outside the door at checkin and wasn’t sure what I was suppose to do with it. Also it would be helpful to let us know where the parking pass is valid and that the other pass is for the pool.

Location. Close to the beach and restaurants, quiet area. Cleanliness of room.

2nd room did not have a TV.
