The accommodation was exceptional, clean, and very comfortable beds, sofas. Secure place felt like being home. All the shopping malls were not far and easy access to Transport by downloading Yango.
Kausa was always available to answer any questions.
The staff were Amazing all of them very friendly and accommodating good conversations. I'm definitely booking again for my next trip.

The staff! Kausa went over and above to make our stay comfortable and attended to all our requests. The place was very clean, excellent WiFi, close to a mall (Leopard Hill Mall) and very peaceful. Security was also very good.
A little more cutlery and crockery would have been good as we cooked our own meals, but what was there was fairly sufficient! There's almost nothing not to like about the place!

Location was great. Stayed there before. Apartment was really clean as always.
No contact number anywhere on social media to confirm the booking and nobody seemed to have been informed about mine. So got there and had to wait for someone with the keys to show up. Who when asked how much the bill was asked me to use what was sent to my email and was told the next morning that a certain fee hadn’t been added so that was inconveniencing especially since I actually handed him the correct amount initially based on my booking last time. Some water in the refrigerator would have been great as well.
