I'm really happy staying at Al Raha Village in Aqaba. Everything – the pools, gym, cleanliness, and well-equipped rooms – is fantastic. The staff pays great attention to every detail, making the experience even better.

Das Appartement an sich war schön, allerdings lies die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher mit Netflix-Anschluss sowie eine kleine Terrasse, allerdings ohne Ausblick.
Im Bad und in der Küche wurde schon länger nicht geputzt, sämtliche Utensilien wie Gläser, Teller und Co. waren dreckig. Im Bad und in der Küche waren viele Ameisen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und seinem Kollegen sowie der Service waren schlecht. Am Vorabend der Anreise hieß es, wir können zwischen 12 und 13 Uhr einchecken, am Tag selbst kurz vorher wurden wir auf eine spätere Uhrzeit vertröstet. Wir mussten dann on top am Eingang des Komplexes eine halbe Stunde warten, da wir beim Security Team nicht angemeldet waren und auch niemanden vom Apartment erreichten. Auch den Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, da wir eine Genehmigung des Besitzer benötigten, um die sich nicht gekümmert wurde.
Wir würden nicht nochmal kommen. Schade.

the employees are respectful and attentive, and all the facilities are excellent and well-maintained.
The view is picturesque, and the location is superb, offering a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle while being conveniently close, just a few minutes' drive, to diving clubs and the city center.

Nice bed and the big swimming pool was great. We arrived in the morning and Ali helped us out immediately with an early checkin so we could enjoy the day at the pool.

Everything!! We were welcomed and treated like royalty. Bed was super comfy, room was very spacious and clean. If we ever come back to visit Aqaba again we will stay at Al Raha Village without doubt.

It was a fantastic stay at Al Raha Village & I can't recommend it enough.
The cleanliness of the apartment and the residential complex was exceptional. The apartment’s location near the diving centers was very convenient. The residential complex itself was extremely safe. The apartment was equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances, such as a washer, dryer, and coffee maker. There were various swimming pools, and the beautiful health club was located near one of them.
Big thanks to Ali who was incredibly helpful. he arranged a reservation for us at a diving center and secured a valuable discount.
Overall, it was a remarkable experience, and we truly enjoyed my time there.

the accomodation was sold for 4 people, however this is studio with one large double bed, we have been given 2 mattresses for the children!

The facility of the village
It isn't a hotel and it's a private room. The owner was not at the property and I had to call him to come back and give the the key. He was unprofessional and the bathroom was very dirty. There was no soap ( he left a used soap), no personal hygiene kit, and a lot of hair in the floor. I was wondering how this property is a five star. I haven't say yet that there is no room service.
