Cabin was a perfect fit for 12 people. Clean, checkin was easy, and Adam was very responsive when we had questions. Close access to the lake and Arnolds Park. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to be close to the action of lake Okoboji!

Booked this for a weekend get away with friends. Adult only trip. House was great! Adam was super to work with. Didn’t need him for anything , but was great with sending the information the week of our little trip!

Everything about this VRBO rental was perfect. The description and information matched the location property to a T. The owner was super quick and prompt on responses and super friendly! The unit was clean and had all things needed. The location was great, the people in the close units surroundings were fun. We highly recommend staying at this property!

The house was very comfortable and had tons of room for guests. The kids enjoyed staying in the bunks up in the loft area. It’s in a great area and walkable to the restaurants on the property. The address link is a little tricky if you use it to find the property because it doesn’t have the unit number on there so it directs you to a different house, so that was a little tricky to find. Also it would have been a nice touch to have body wash or shampoo/conditioner in the showers provided. I would stay here again and enjoyed our weekend at the property!

The cabin was perfect for our girls trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Access to the resort restaurants and water park was a bonus! We will definitely be back.

This property was great for my bachelorette party! You were close enough to all the activities at Bridges Bay but you still got the remote feeling with beautiful views in your backyard. Our host was super responsive and flexible during our stay. Highly recommend!

Kitchen/ living area good. Patio and patio furniture were great. Supplies needed replenished - lightbulbs, dish soap, hand soap, only 8 forks, no dishrag. Missed the area pools a lot.

The cabin was perfect for our weekend stay for my bachelorette weekend! I would say that it sleeps 12 better than 16. But overall, the location and cabin were perfect!

Nice get away with family , we had all of the items needed for our stay . Kitchen , grill , picnic tables, ect. The neighbor hood was well cared for and clean and we all felt safe in this condo .

Great accommodations. Great location access and things to do on the resort. Parking is limited for larger groups. A suggestion would be to have golf cart rental available on the resort to commute between houses. Overall an excellent experience!

Our family enjoyed the property and its location to the lake and restaurants.

It was wonderful to get together with family, however, the resort was missing the amenities we booked it for and there were cleanliness and maintenance issues with the property. Amenities. We were supposed to have unlimited access to a free pool across the street from our cabin. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during the entire time due to maintenance issues.....and it appeared it had been closed for quite awhile. This was a major issue for us as all of our kids and grandkids wanted to swim and it was very hot during our stay. I had communicated my concern about the outdoor pool being closed on June 7th when I noticed on their website it was closed and the owner indicated she was in contact with the general contractor and were hopeful the issue would be resolved by the next week......6 weeks later when we arrived it was still closed and the owner never communicated this to us. Additionally, during our 3 day stay, the waterpark was only partially open. Two of the days only the indoor part was open and 1 day only the outdoor part was open. IMHO, I feel there should be some compensation if the amenities advertised are not available. We definitely would have not chosen the property if we would have know this. Cleanliness/maintenance. After checking in at 4:00 we were preparing for a family grill out with steak. The gas grill provided was absolutely filthy and both propane tanks were empty. After a long days drive to get there, we were very disappointed we couldn't use the grill. The indoor oven was also filthy, so much so that it would get smoky in the house when we used it. Lastly, the dishwasher leaks and we needed to keep towels on the floor when we ran it. All in all, it was a frustrating weekend of not being able to swim during the day in the free pool. The cabin itself is very cute, but trying to sleep 16 is quite tight.

The house was centrally located, clean, and a great place for our group of sixteen to have as base camp. Nice backyard for bean bags (bring your own) or tossing a frisbee / football. Well equipped kitchen. We’d stay here again.

We had a great time staying here! There was plenty of room to fit our group of 16! We really enjoyed being outside where seating is provided and a gas fire pit! Overall would recommend to anyone needing a large space for a big group.

Had an enjoyable time. Loved the yard space/outdoor space for games and meals. Enjoyed the water with jet ski's and kids liked the water park.

A bunch of us girls stayed here for a girls weekend and we loved this property. We had plenty of space for all of us to sleep.

I stayed here over the weekend with a group of 14. The property was exactly as stated in the listing and had everything we needed. Very clean and ready to go. We were very impressed with the quality of the house and it was the perfect place for our stay. The outdoor patio space is very nice and useful during the warm weather. Also Kelli was great about responding to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area. Very thankful for an amazing place to stay for our weekend! :)

We had a great time! My kids wanted to move in! It was a perfect fall weekend getaway!

The family loved the water park and zip line. Beds were comfortable and there were more than enough towels to get us through a long weekend. Very difficult to find once we got to the resort, especially at night. I recommend the owners amend the directions given for check-in to be more detailed and specific.

Property was clean and quaint. Property was close proximity to everything.

Property was great. We had 13 in our group and with the open floor plan, we didn’t feel cramped at all. Nice kitchen area with pantry for food, washer/dryer in the hall and nice yard space out back. Bracco’s had great food and had a great resort vibe, the pool area with a swim up bar made it fun for adults while the kids loved the slides and bball. The only suggestion i might have for the host would be to buy some cheap dressers at a garage sale or something to put it in the closets. Being there a week it would be nice to unpack and not live out of a suitcase. Thanks!

Place was perfect for our group

Great well stocked and furnished home. Kitchen has everything you need to make a variety of meals. Gas outdoor fire pit was great and ample outdoor seating for a group. Close proximity to pool. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds and ample bedding and towels for our group of 13. Highly recommend!

Kelli's property is a very nice, new property just a short walk away from the Waterpark and docks at Bay Bridges resort. Also very close to the Arnold's Park Amusement Park (a throwback to the 50's and 60's), music entertainment, and West Okoboji.

Amazing would highly recommend
