Place was immaculate, beautiful with all amenities, we were only able to enjoy it at night as we were gone all day but it was definitely the best place to come to and relax after a full day of activities, highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a relaxing getaway

The rental is very comfortable and well-appointed. It is located in a beautiful, serene neighborhood that is just a short drive from many Cape Cod scenic locations. I loved my stay and would love to return. The owners are very kind and helpful.

This was our second stay here which is on its own a sign of a desirable vacation rental. We enjoyed time in Sandwich and in other nearby Cape towns, even though the weather was cloudy most of the week. We enjoyed the tour of the Hoxie House museum and learned how people lived in the 1600's. We did some shopping in South Dennis and Hyannis, found some new restaurants, and went out for delicious ice cream. We were very comfortable in the clean, private, tastefully-decorated apartment. We dined in a couple of nights and were grateful for the well-stocked kitchen. We love the new breakfast bar. We greatly appreciated that the apt was well-stocked so that we didn't have to buy things like hand soap, toilet paper, and spices to cook with. The check in and check out times worked well with our schedule. The owners are always welcoming, friendly, and responsive.

The apartment is nicely decorated. Has comfortable living room furniture. Good kitchen appliances and eating areas. Good bathroom. Quiet and private. Mattress a bit too soft and lumpy

Very comfortable space and very close to many attractions and towns.

Arrived for a couple of days away to enjoy the area. The apartment was as described, very clean, and we were able to unwind and relax. Not far to restaurants, shopping, and nice walks. Wonderful host - responsive and communicative. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Christina’s apartment. Very nice and clean and located in great location to explore Plymouth, Cape Cod, Hyannis Port, Martha’s Vineyard, and Provincetown.

The on line photos don't do it justice, I can't imagine anyone not being pleased with these accomodations. When in Sandwich, MA this is our new 1st choice.

2ND Floor app.. adjacent to the house of the owner. Everything that we need is there. Nice confortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood Car is needed to go around.

This is a spacious apartment, recently renovated or built with all the appliances, including efficient air conditioner, working. The location is quiet, yet close the Hwy 6 exit. Christina was always readily available to answer our questions. Nice place!

We loved our stay here and were more than comfortable. It was very clean and we loved the tasteful decorating and high quality linens. Loved having a high quality washer and dryer too. It was so wonderful to have the house generously stocked with basic needs (toilet paper, etc) so we didn't have to run to the store right away. The neighborhood was upscale and safe. The location was great and we went to 3 different Cape beaches. The owners were very helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. We hope to stay again.

We were very impressed with the size of our rental and the cleanliness of the property we stayed in. Nice touches with plaques of the beach and plenty of magazines highlighting things to do at the Cape. We highly recommend Christina's property.

Very nice property. Just as pictured plus a small balcony, nice bedroom, bath with washer/dryer, and a large, walk-in closet, all up one flight of indoor steps. Short drive to beaches, restaurants, Lambert's market and more. Very convenient to the main highway, rte 6. Not far from the bridge, which makes departure from the Cape easy, yet not a long drive to Hyannis, Mashpee, Falmouth, etc. We liked the location. Less crowded than some areas. Christina was very accommodating and quick to answer all communication. We enjoyed the stay. From a retired travel professional, highly recommended.

As two travel nurses, we were looking for something both cozy and quiet, but also in close proximity for adventure. This beautiful apartment had all of the amenities and more! We definitely overpacked for the week. We loved the balcony seating and the spacious open living concept. The bed was so comfortable as well! Thank you for having us!

The apartment was very nice, updated, and roomy. Laundry was a big plus! Nice sheets and towels and comfy bed. We didn’t need the A/C but it is sure nice to have if it gets hot. Christina is a fantastic host, very communicative and helpful. Great location. Don’t hesitate, definitely stay here!

We had an amazing stay at this vrbo. It truly has everything you could need and more. The host Christina was very nice and communicative with us, making sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The property itself is unbelievable - everything had a very homey feel to it. You can tell from when you walk in that this apartment was put together with care and with a goal to make it a warm and welcoming destination for whoever steps in. The colors and designs and decorations throughout the apartment truly make you feel like you're on an ocean getaway. Also has a small walk-out deck to sit on and enjoy the view of the magnificent backyard. Though the apartment is attached to the house, you certainly won't feel like you're on top of other people. The space is very private. Though we didn't do any cooking, the kitchen was equipped with high-end appliances and if we chose to, we easily could've cooked without any issues! All drawers were stocked and there were ample kitchen utensils and cleaning materials and other odds & ends of all kinds. The bedroom was very cozy and comfortable and decorated nicely. The bathroom, like the kitchen, was stocked with anything you could really need, and also had a high-end washer/dryer! Nothing in this apartment is too crammed, everything is laid out very nicely and there's plenty of room to accommodate. The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet area of East Sandwich but very quick and easy access to Route 6 to get you wherever you'd want to go on the Cape. It was super easy for us to get around and explore different areas all within a similar distance (Hyannis, Yarmouth, Dennis, Falmouth, etc). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would gladly come back again, and hope we can next time we find ourselves on the Cape. We didn't want to leave! Thank you Christina for making our short stay such a wonderful experience!
