This was a perfect place for our group of 2 couples to overnight! It was clean, private, easy to find, and the host was very kind.

Nice apartment, clean with comfortables beds. As the listing states, there are stairs to climb to the apartment, but we had traveled to Maine to hike......so we considered this a "warm-up"!

This place is beautiful, updated, super clean, and close to downtown Bangor. Marlon made our check-in really easy. Would definitely stay here again

This is a nice 2-bedroom apartment located over the Host’s garage. The pictures are very representative of the property. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. There was no odor that’s been mentioned in other reviews.
Our check-in was quite awkward. We received no check-in instructions either by app, text, or email. I called and left a message which was not returned. We ended up going to the property at the check-in time. Still nothing. Fortunately, Marlon lives in the house and came out to see what we were doing in the driveway. He seemed surprised that we were checking in that day. However, the apartment was ready for us.
There are a couple of things to understand about this property:
1) The garage beneath the apartment is very tall. This results in you having to take 22 steps up to the apartment. Because of the design, it is all steps with no landing. It might be a challenge for someone that doesn’t do well on stairs.
2) There is some slight road noise; particularly from pickup trucks with knobby tires. It didn’t bother us but it might for light sleepers.
3) If a garage door is opened, it’s pretty loud and rattles the entire apartment.

The apartment is an easy drive Bangor airport and shopping and restaurants. This two bedroom rental has everything needed for overnight or an extended stay. It is tastefully decorated with great beds. Stayed there twice it is so nice.

The host responded to my call/text right away and allowed us to check in early. The instructions for parking and entry were very easy to follow. Location was perfect and the inside was beautiful and better than we all expected. Definitely recommend!!

We enjoyed four nights here as part of an extended trip. The apartment was clean and well-furnished, with a full kitchen (including coffee provided), a large sitting room, and a comfortable bedroom, with a large capacity closet.
The place has a separate entrance from the house and is located above the three-car garage. The host has provided good security through locks keyed by entry pads, and the surrounding neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We would definitely stay here again, and appreciated the care taken to provide such a livable space.

Lots of K-cup coffee without cream, milk or coffee whitener. Called but told not provided. Had to drive to supermarket to buy those. Otherwise it's a great place to stay in Bangor.

The apartment was great with all the amenities. The washer/dryer and ironing board was great. It was a serene place to stay.
This place has some steep stairs, so be sure that you are physically capable of lugging stuff up to it. It would be great to have a list of locations of extra blankets or linens.

This apartment is in a lovely neighborhood and attached to a lovely house. It is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and spacious, with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining area and living room. The host made it very easy to access. After a very hectic day, it was SO much more relaxing to come here rather than a hotel. I recommend this place enthusiastically!!!

Very clean, very comfortable bed, very spacious. It really felt like a "home away from home". The check-in process wasn't quite as smooth (the video explaining check-in was sent to my phone, but I didn't recognize phone #, so didn't open it. Maybe include video in the app message you sent?) After that, everything was GREAT! Lovely, friendly hosts. Will definitely stay there again.

We came into town for a concert in Bangor and this was a great place to stay. It is very easy to find and was only a short drive into town. The listing is spot on what you will find. Very comfy couch and bed. While this was definitely more than we needed for a single night stay, we both agreed that next time we come up to Bangor we will try to stay here again but make it a full long weekend.

We stayed over a long weekend (Saturday into Monday). The apartment was very well appointed for two couples. We found the location to be very near shopping and easily accessible. We cooked breakfasts and one supper and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Marlon sent us a video on check-in day that made the process really easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one night on the way to Canada. The spacious apartment is above a garage so it is well separated from the main house. It had just about everything we needed - a good sized kitchen with pots & utensils, large bathroom with laundry, comfortable living space with tv, ceiling fans & a comfortable bed. If you plan on doing laundry you will need detergent - we made do with hand washing essentials in a sink with soap & then used the dryer. The house is on a busy street but you don't really notice the road noise especially from the bedroom. Overall, the apartment is a great value for the amenities & location; we would definitely stay here again.

We rented this property for a week. It’s a great location to visit students at U of Maine. It had a great living space but the kitchen is very under equipped to do anything much more than heat up a can of soup. There is a washer and dryer but laundry soap is not provided. We really only wanted to do laundry to wash towels as there were not enough for 2 people for a week. Other reviewers have mentioned a smell. There definitely is a smell and it was there for the entire week. We had lovely weather so had the windows open a lot and the smell did not go away. The rental is on a fairly busy street and you can expect traffic noise.

Came up to spend the weekend with my UMaine kiddo. This rental is clean, updated, and super comfortable. The property manager was instantly accessible and pleasant to deal with. It was great to sit in a homey environment where we could make some home cooked meals and hang out together. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place! Very clean and in a good location. I was traveling for work and due to a storm had to switch around my plans last minute. Marlon was very responsive and accommodating and I will definitely be staying here again when I travel.

Charming! This place was even more charming than the pictures on the website (which were very nice)! Nicely furnished and well-stocked (kitchen, towels, etc). We only stayed one night... I wished it was longer! Nice decorations throughout... loved the lovebirds lamp! Keurig machine was appreciated! Location was convenient to Bangor but felt like it was out in the country... nice big lot with lots of trees. Owner was quick in communications and helpful in explaining checking (even sent a short video on parking and entering the property).
