This is our second stay in this house and we loved it again. Lots of space to spread out. Decent basic amenities: nice screened in back porch, lots of kitchen utensils and pans, huge dining table, and washer and dryer. Didn’t see any ants like others have mentioned. Get that fifth star by improving upstairs cooling and adding some extras like snacks or games (board and/or outdoor). We’d definitely come back again.

Just returned from a family reunion, this property is exactly what we were looking for: good size for a large reunion, close to the beach.
The house is equiped with the neccesities for the stay.
Except for several stains on the carpet, it was clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of parking.

We loved the house. We had an ant issue. Everywhere in the house. They were in the carpets. They were on us while we slept. They were all over the areas where carpets were. We vacuumed but it only lasted a day. Called Vacasa and they promised soeoe would come out. The next day ( end of day) when I called again, we were told two ant traps were near the front door for us. We needed at least 6 a few days earlier........ The house sleeps at least 10. There was one small pan. So pancakes took an hour to cook. We asked for another pan... Never got it. Another issue was this particular home doesn't offer late check out (per owner)... That is rare but we needed one and Vacasa would not reach out to the owners....Last.... The back patio had weeds growing all around it. The grill cover was tossed on the ground and it was not inviting at all. We expected more from Vacasa.

This house was the perfect size for our whole family to sleep comfortably. The rooms are spacious and the master suite on the first floor was perfect for my parents who didn’t have to go up and down the stairs!

We booked this house for a vacation with friends. While we were initially impressed with the cleanliness and overall layout of the house, we started to notice some flaws. Some minor ones included broken decor (the dog on the kitchen counter) and a rip in the screen door in the back. However, we started noticing some more like the couch material being ripped, the dishwasher rack being broken and the dishwasher being ineffective which resulted in dirty utensils from previous renters, the oven not heating up properly, and sagging in the deck out back. The area was nice and quiet. We ultimately enjoyed ourselves at the beach but were disappointed in the basic amenities. I’m not sure if this is a normal thing for the area but there were also a large amount of ants if any food or drinks were left out (even indoors).

We loved our stay here! The house itself is gorgeous!! Spacious and so many bathrooms to accommodate a lot of people. We had a couple of minor issues (closet door off it’s hinges, loose step in the back and dishwasher bottom rack missing a wheel) but Vacasa is fixing them. I would recommend requesting Vacasa turns on the AC earlier in the day because it took many hours to cool down the house (since it’s so big). The house could use some more serving spoons and another frying pan but we were able to cook meals just fine. I would definitely come back!

The quiet location and scenery (back porch) was ideal for morning breakfasts and family fun.
The house was clean and well prepped with all the necessities .. including cooking and entertainment. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Cons: master bedroom suite’s toilet room was not working. We could not figure out how to turn on a couple of lights in the living room despite trying every switch in the house. I wish they had stocked the house with more paper towels and trash bags. We had to go out and buy extras just to help clean up.
Pros: great value for a rental home that allows for many families to come together for a beach getaway weekend. Kitchen was plenty stocked. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Enough parking for 4 families and I like that the house had so many bedrooms to accommodate everyone.
