Student dorm, if I speak Spanish I won’t book. The room is like a stove. The facilities are old and shabby. Their policy on booking web says 24 hour check in. But after you booked they message you says no,you must make an appointment if want to check in after 8:00 pm. And when I phoned the number on booking,bot tell me to phone another number which is a voicemail. Then I called the number they left in the message, some student took on and tell me he didn’t speak English and after a while, began to sing. Lol…

VERY COSY ENVIROMENT AND ITS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN STUDENTS ARE OFF CAMPUS (JULY AND AUGUST). THEY REALLY NEED TO DO MORE PUBLICITY AS TERRASSA HAS NOT MUCH HOTELS TO STAY.WILL ALWAYS WANT TO GO BACK IF NEED BE.

Reasonable price, not too far a walk from the railway station (10 minutes)

The room was unbearably warm, and without aircon. Also, in the 6 days we were there the room wasn't serviced even once.

The personnel was friendly, kind and helpful.

The room wasn’t well maintained (the walls and the shower definitely need some kind of maintenance) and not very clean. There is no air conditioning and during the summer it is extremely hot, so it was impossible to sleep or stay at the room during the day. The bathroom is very small and it didn’t feel very clean. For its price, I was very disappointed.

I rent a confortable studio for 2 days, it is clean, the host are nice. The only issue for me is about the lack of basic things like a sponge to wash dishes, or salt for example. Considering the prices is Terrassa are very high, it is something to change I think;)
