All the premises are subject to cleaning and sanctification treatment by our highly qualified staff.

The router is in the apartment, so the speed is guaranteed.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
The apartment has an air conditioning unit which you can control. It also works as a heater. As a result, you will be comfortable whatever your expectations are.

Great for the elderly. The apartment is on the ground floor and you have to go down a few steps to reach it!
CHECK IN
Once you arrive, you will meet me or my colleagues. They may ask you to show some documents, due to the Italian security law.
NOISE
The apartment is extremely quiet and there is no noise.
We have installed double glazing to ensure the best sound insulation for all our guests.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The building is very secure. There is on-call duty during most of the day. Inside the apartment, you will find a first aid kit.
Other things to keep in mind: the apartment is at street level, as shown in the photos. The entrance from the building, as the road is downhill, involves the need to go down a few steps.
Arrivals after 21:00 incur a surcharge of EUR 15, which increases to EUR 30 after 11pm. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property..
