Spacious quiet property, close to Lake Rathbun with a pond on property for fishing.

We love the little house and want to stay there again. The property owners were absolutely fantastic in accommodating our needs.

The stay was so much fun. flies did get in and the water pressure was not very strong but otherwise it was so nice.

The overall appearance is great. Could use minor amenities, such as condiments in the fridge, a waffle maker or skillet. The water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom need help. The shower however surprised me and was good to at least get cleaned up. Air conditioning was sufficient in the living room and upstairs, but does not circulate into the main bedroom with the door closed. Great place to go fishing for crappie that's about 7 miles away. Pond to go kayaking in for the kids.

Had a very nice weekend with my sons staying here. Only problem we had was Google map kept taking us to a different place but we finally found it.
