Comfortable beds, clean room. Great breakfast

Room was big and clean. Tub wasn't too high to get in to and toilet was elevated

No grip bars in the shower. Elevator floor was dirty

At check-in, we were sent to four different rooms before the correct room was given to us twice we were sent to a room that had a tenant already in it, and my key worked their door

We booked a 2 Queen bed room for 3 adults 12 hours in advance and they gave the room away we ended up with a 1 king bed and sofa very uncomfortable

This was our favorite hotel on our entire trip. The beds were fantastic, comfy and high-which I like. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out. Felt very clean. We were able to park our 26' uhaul with auto transport because we arrived in the early evening. If we had arrived later, I'm not sure where we would have parked.

There is a strong air freshener in the lobby and hallways though you can't smell it in your room.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the room had enough space for a family of 4 without sitting on top of each other. The couch was a nice addition to the room so when relaxing, you don't have to sit in the bed the whole time.

The staff were horrible, disrespectful, and did not care about trying to find a resolution to any problem that you presented. When requesting to speak to a manager, I was denied the opportunity on several occasions. I also requested to have my room moved to stop any further problems, and I was denied that request as well. Be aware that if you become frustrated, irritated, or upset and say one cussword, the staff will feel threatened by you and then call the manager that you requested on several occasions to speak with, to be told on because you cussed. The front desk staff was rude and disrespectful and did not care to hear any of my issues because it did not align with what her other staff member (who worked two nights before) had told her. Not even 20 minutes after my family and I arrived, I had continuous issues that I was accused of EVEN WHEN I WAS NOT ON THE PROPERTY, but I was told by Amy that I should have not answered my phone when they called. Once the manager came out of the back room (when I was told that one was not there), I still was not listened to and was told that because I cussed, I had to leave the property without a refund. Being 600 miles away, that put my children and I in a jam. I advised them that a refund was needed for the night that I was not going to be there. They again denied my request and said that if I didn't leave, they would call the cops. In the end, I did receive a small refund and called the cops to be escorted because I did not trust the staff. Stay far away from Amy, Rebekah and Gummy!

Did not eat, but the room was clean and spacious. Beds were a 10 very comfy, Personel was Fabulous! Very attentive. Loved the Big tub.

Bed high off the ground you need to take a running jump haha but it is high, The Front desk told me they have steps to help get in the Bed. Other than that it was a really great stay!

New hotel. Nice and clean. Rooms had sofa which is a nice added bonus. Staff was very nice.

Issues with the elevator. We were on the 4th floor. Thankfully I was not stuck in elevator. But, I did stay on main floor while husband went back to retrieve our cart of belongings and giant cooler!

I would like to see Bacon instead of sausage. I can't eat sausage
