Fantastic home!
Here for our son's wedding, plenty of space for our family. Fantastic home and great living space. LOVED the pool. Owner was very quick to address a simple issue. We had the most wonderful time. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels.

Wonderful Vacation
This house and property is fantastic. Beautiful home and property great for entertaining. Our only negative, is that the location is further away from activities that we like to do in AZ. But the home/property certainly make up for that. It is spectacular!! Working with Wes is very pleasant - he's so very helpful!!

Great location, some disappointments
The location of the home is great. Very peaceful and quiet and we loved seeing all the horses in the area. The property itself could be better taken care of. Upon arrival there were some cleanliness issues within the house and the pool and hot tub were cloudy and needed to be cleaned. The outdoor speaker system was blown so we could not use it and the home had some damages that if taken care of would make it look much more appealing. The yard is great and overall our family enjoyed ourselves, but the home could use better care in between guests in my opinion.

Winter get away
The property is a little ways from Phoenix, but located close to grocery stores, local restaurants and several hiking trails. We enjoyed our extended weekend there. An extra shower would have been nice, but we worked around it. Plenty of personal space for the 5 of us.

Casa Vista - Relaxing...mostly
This property is off the beaten path, surrounded by horse ranches, which we were unaware of when booking. I had to visit Lowe's to buy some fly traps to hang out in the trees to try and lessen the flies that were out and about. When we first arrived, the pool had a bunch of debris floating in it and stains on the walls and pool bottom. I sent the property manager several notes and calls asking when pool is cleaned and if we could get a pool skimmer so we could remove the junk from the pool. No response. Finally had to call the rental company and spoke with owner. Immediate response from property mgr. with answers and pool skimmer. We BBQd some chicken, cooking dinner for our visiting family. The wire brush to clean the BBQ looked worn and ended up leaving bristles embedded in the chicken. I told the property manager the next day that we needed a new brush, stressing that it NOT be a wire brush. He returned and left a wire brush. The house and property are VERY nice on the surface. We found that there are just a whole bunch of little things that could be improved and/or fixed that would make it an extreme pleasure to stay here and would raise our overall rating from a 4 to a 5. I would recommend this property to a friend, but I would disclose many of the pros and cons that come with this property.

Beautiful home
We had a great time at this beautiful, clean home. It had everything we needed for a nice, comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal prepping. The only problem we had on our stay was some of the bricks on the waterfall fell into the pool and we had to clean them out. But we have talked to Wes about it and he has already had someone out to take care of it. So I don't think that will be a problem for upcoming renters. One bit of advice I would give to future renters is to have Wes help you hook up your phone to the sound system and make sure you know how it works before he leaves. He told me how to use it, but for some reason it was only working in the family room unless we used the data lite radio. So that was a bummer. Thanks for a great, relaxing week.

We absolutely LOVED every minute that we spent at this beautiful amazing house! It is as beautiful as the pictures show, and even more. The pool was smaller than we thought it would be based on photos, but it was still a great size! We would love to come back to this exact place next time.

Private desert retreat
This lovely home was exactly as pictured on the website. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. The property was spotless inside and out.We enjoyed the spacious yard where our teenage boys could play in the pool without disturbing neighbors. There is a sound system that also works outside. We found a volleyball & net in the garage (for the pool.) That was fun for our family. We also enjoyed the large pool table in the house.We cooked indoors and on the outdoor grill. This home provided all of the dishes, stemware and utensils that we needed. The spacious master and walk in closet were fabulous. The large garage had more than enough room for our large SUV. We took a hot air balloon ride over the Sonoran Desert at dawn, went to a Diamondbacks baseball game, Cardinals football training camp, and Top Golf; all within 30 minutes drive. Our kids called this home our desert palace. We will definitely be back!

Didn't want to leave
The Casa Vista home was wonderful. The beautiful backyard offered a lot of pool and hot tub fun. We went in December and had the pool temp set at 85. When we weren't in the pool we were playing on the pool table and enjoying all the space. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the towels and linens made everything so easy when traveling from out of state. So much to do and see in the beautiful state and didn't have to go to far for hikes. We loved it and didn't want to leave.

Awesome stay!
We stayed at this beautiful house for a week in June. The pictures don’t do this property justice! Super clean and well organize. The pool was very nice and there was a sun shelf in which you could put an umbrella to take refuge from the sun. The kitchen was well stocked and the perfect amount of space for a family of 5. It was our first time renting a house and we all agreed that this was much better than staying in an hotel. We looked forward to coming “home” after our trips to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Tombstone. Wouldn’t change a thing! Our contact person,Wes, responded quickly to any questions we had. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent his house again! Wonderful vacation!!

Family Retreat
The manager was very helpful and flexible with check-in. The house was great for our family size and we had a wonderful time just lounging by the pool while we were there. Would have loved to spend more time there but had other commitments to tend to.

We loved the house. Didn't want to leave to be honest. It was a true get away. Wes the property manager was really helpful. Pool was great. Really loved it all. Some nice restaurants within 15 minutes. Cave Creek is a cool little town. El Cantina is like 5 minutes away, awesome Mexican restaurant. We hit it twice it was so good. My only regret was not heating the pool. It was so cold, I never would of guessed being in the 100s. Thanks to the owners. Hope to come down again in the future. I loved the area. Thanks

Perfect place to entertain and vacation
Very relaxing and quiet, out of the way of the hustle & bustle of the city. Even though the weather was cool, the heated pool was fantastic. There's a beautiful waterfall and spray system in the pool as well as an underwater light - this entertained the kids for hours. The fountain system was also a nice addition. Inside, the place was very clean and well outfitted. The kitchen had everything we needed, lots of bedrooms, even laundry. The master suite was like an entirely separate house! We didn't take near the advantage of the garden tub as we should have but the double headed shower was terrific!

My family was in love with this beautiful home. The pictures are truly a depiction of the home itself and I wouldn't change a thing. The gentleman that met us at the home was nice, friendly, flexible and willing to try and make arrival times and flights work best with you. My kids were IN LOVE with the pool and the kitchen was nice to have in order to cook a few nice meals. If we come to Phoenix again we will be requesting this home again.
