Could have done with instructions for the oven and hob

This great house is perfectly situated for the seafront, town and station and it was great to have off-road parking. The house is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was clean, warm and comfortable and made a great base for visiting family. We will happily stay again if visiting Teignmouth in future.

It's a great location for the town and train station, on a quiet road. The house is really nicely decorated and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a freestanding bath but we preferred the walk in shower! Really comfy beds too. All in all a great place to explore South Devon!

clean great location and amenities

unfortunately the boiler was broken and we were without heating and hot water. a management company runs this letting on behalf of the owners. they were both unhelpful and rude. Continue to be rude. no resolution. Ofcourse boilers break down however it’s how things are dealt with. 24 hours before a plumber was called. travelling with a young baby. temperature in baby’s room 15 degrees. such a shame as property fab and I’m sure the owners would be horrified at how we have been treated

The location was great, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious

The driveway parking was very tight as the driveway narrowed at the rear. The road was very congested with cars and motorbikes parked on both sides making it difficult to get in and out. There was also a problem with the boiler which tripped out every time we tried to run a bath and at one point lost its pressure completely so we had to call the emergency call out facility

it was lovely and spacious, nicely decorated lots of mod cons. The location was brilliant only a short walk to the beach.
