We really enjoyed our time at this rental. Everything we could possibly have needed was available. Very clean, with a lot of updates. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!!

When we arrived we noticed right away that the neighborhood is not very nice. There were loose dogs and one attempted to get in the front door. We had no issues with check in. We noticed immediately that the yard is not completely secure. The pool area is fully screened in which is nice. The yard is fully fenced in however there was no way to secure the gate in the driveway that leads to the backyard, so beware if you bring your children and pets. We had to block the gate with our vehicle to keep it closed. The house was clean and nice. My biggest concern was that we found a used condom, tooth floss pick and false eyelashes all in the screened in pool area. I did notify the owner who apologized. The next day we found three additional used condoms in the yard on the grass. It is obvious the cleaners do not clean the pool area or yard. There was also no cabana on the deck that is described and pictured. My biggest issue is that the only reason I booked this house in Florida instead of staying somewhere else is that it promises a heated pool to 80 degrees. When we arrived the pool was heated. By the next day it felt like it was cold and did not heat up. By our last full day someone came out and fixed it but it did not get warm again until we left. Also, beware of extra fees. We had 4 adults and one child and were charged an extra person fee for a house advertising it sleeps 12. My grandson also ended up with a fungal infection on his face.

We had the best time at this house. The pool was perfect along with the hot tub. The house slept 7 with no issues, plenty of space. The location was perfect for all outings. Will definitely be back!

This property is well loved and well maintained. My family and I stayed here with our twin toddlers, parents and dog and enjoyed every second of the pool. The owner is so helpful and gives quick responses so it helps you feel safe and secure. Delivery options are available, but if you feel like cooking, this property has a wonderful kitchen with all utensils available to cook up a storm. I would highly recommend not just this property, but this owner and Vrbo for assisting with one of the easiest family vacations we have ever taken.

I stayed here with my husband (30s), children, and parents (70s) for a wedding weekend. We had a great time, were able to use the pool, and it had enough amenities for my entire family. The only concerns I had were strictly cosmetic, as there were a lot of dings and dents and the property has clearly been used frequently. The cleaning crew could pay some attention to the outside (ex laundry lint was on the patio, mold) but nothing overwhelming. The only major concerns, safety-wise, I had are that there is no railing into the pool, which was concerning for my son and for my mildly disabled parent, a somewhat invisible step down into the main bedroom (maybe some black tape? A few of us almost wiped out at first but got used to it), a substantial lip into the bathrooms, and the showers are designed in a way that got water all over the slippery floors. All easy fixes IMO. Very comfy memory foam mattresses, good sized bedrooms, and perfect location as the wedding was at the San Jose country club. Publix, Starbucks, and a bunch of fast food very close and minutes from 95. On a main road but still pretty quiet. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and it was perfect for what we needed!
