Kitchen and bathroom seemed newly renovated. Sofa was cosy and comfortable as were the beds. Clean, modern decor compared to a lot of holiday rentals. The outdoor space was perfect with the dogs.
Just to be picky, could have done with a paint just to freshen up the walls as they were quite marked. The low ceiling in the bathroom makes showers a little tricky but the bath is lovely. A frying pan would also be very useful!

The kitchen was quite spacious and nice.
unfortunately the dining table was very loose and wobbly, difficult with eating meals. The first bedroom light didn’t work but there was a lamp there. It didn’t have a wardrobe either but the bedrooms were nice.The pin on the door was wrong and the WiFi password was wrong, but the staff helped when I rang.

very clean cosy & well equipped .. beds were very comfy lovely pillows and nice towels .. kitchen was small and perfectly formed amazing how well equipped it was
the bathroom is a joke .. the low ceiling make the showers unusable if you’re over 5’6” and the bath water temp isn’t great .. the noise from upstairs is also a major issue .. the people weren’t being noisy but we heard every footstep and conversation .. also access wasn’t great with narrow steep steps -not an issue for us but would be problematic for anyone with mobility issues

A lovely apartment, nicely laid out and practical. A good location for accessing the beach and the town centre. Close to amenities like supermarkets too! Cosy and very warm in January. It sleeps 4 and has a nice outside area with tables for the warmer weather!
I would make the instructions for finding it clearer, as you access via a small back gate which is not immediately clear. The gate is directly opposite house No 7.
The insulation from the upstairs apartment is not so good - when they walk about you know about it!

Excellent lovely sized apartment. Convenient location.
Steps at the property were very dark by evening. And the bathroom ceiling is very low.

The apartment was clean.
The bathroom door does not have a lock, the shower is not fit for purpose as there is nothing to contain the water so the floor was always soaking wet. Only one coat hanger was provided. The outside light was difficult to access and the steps leading to the apartment were difficult to navigate in the dark. One window in a bedroom had been painted shut and there was no air which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. The outside space is beyond dreary and a coat of paint and a few pots would enhance it. There were issues with the WiFi connection which were frustrating. The instructions to get to the apartment were vague and even with the assistance of a local estate agent, it took some time to locate the property. On the plus side, the kitchen was well equipped.

Nice tidy property with plenty of room and a clean and tidy kitchen that was well equipped.
The height of the bathroom is quite low, I'm 5ft 10" but had to bend down to shower as I could not stand up in the bath.

The accomodation was clean and tidy and obviously newly refurbished.
Numerous dangerous trip hazards inside and out .
Shower not suitable due to ceiling height
Bathroom door unable to be opened properly due to ceiling behind it
Very badly designed kitchen , not able to reach breakfast bar from kitchen hence not enough work surface.
Second bedroom not big enough for the double bed.
Horrendous noise from people moving around upstairs.
No onsite parking , and subsequent problems with meter in public car park

Well equipped, stylish décor and conveniently located, with the beaches and town within easy walking distance.
The ceiling in the shower is low and means that if you are over approx. 5ft 7 you will need to bend your knees while showering.
The windows in both bedrooms need cleaning and the debris behind them needs clearing. This space could be developed into a feature wall.
While the patio is a place to sit, it is very gray, open and uninspiring. Potted plants, a trellis with climbers, a gazebo, or a seaside mural on the wall would improve this.
The fridge needs to be moved to the main section of the kitchen

Everything about the place was perfect. The location was amazing, the cleanliness was perfect and the apartment had everything we wanted.
