Our party was very disappointed in our stay at this property, we had a big group of 11 adults. Shows that it sleeps 14 and this is not at all accurate, it sleeps 8. In the description of the "rooms & beds" it shows there are 3 double futons which in reality is three couches, 2 can sleep one adult and the other isn't even long enough for an adult to sleep on. Not to mention there are no extra pillows or blankets for these double futons. Owner indicated that VRBO doesn't provide an option for couches when listing the property so he used the next closest thing, probably because VRBO like myself doesn't consider a couch a bed. My 75 year old mother had to sleep on a couch. He also charged us extra for the 3 people we had that was over 8 people, so not only did we have to pay more for a property that lists that it sleeps 14 we paid extra to sleep on couches and blow up mattresses one of which went half way flat by morning. Just beware when booking this property its misleading, if you have 8 people it will work great for you. Should be listed as sleeping 8 people! The space of the house was small for any more than that.

My party and I absolutely loved this house! It has so much character. The beds and couches were clean and comfortable, and we loved the location...only about a 6-7 minute walk to the light rail. The host LJ was incredible and answered all my questions.

The location is perfect within walking distance of the train station. The neighborhood is beautiful. Easy check in process, kitchen fully stocked. Highly recommended.

Great location! During normal traffic it took about 10-20 minutes to get to all the stuff we had planned for our stay. Woodland Park Zoo was super close. The owner was awesome and responsive (answered text within minutes and was really friendly). The house served it's purpose and was a comfortable spot to come back to after a day of exploring in city. We would definitely come back.

This is a lovely house in the Maple Leaf neighborhood of Seattle. Terrific amenities- loved the coffee and wine waiting for us. Quiet street, easy parking. Walk to light rail- although it’s down hill to get there. Up hill to get home. Near great restaurants, coffee shops, and Greenlake Park. Comfy and cozy!

This house has plenty of room and great proximity to the Seattle Northgate area. The deck and large backyard would be great in warm weather. Parking is tight. I didn’t feel confident pulling my rented Dodge minivan into the narrow driveway. There was parking in front of the house - two cars would be a challenge. Overall stay was as advertised, communication with host was very good.

The online description was very accurate. The host was fantastic about communication.
The kitchen is well stocked and ground coffee is provided which was a wonderful perk (pun intended).
The house was very clean.
There are lot of stairs but for us that was not an issue. The separation of spaces that the 3 floors provided was great.
This house is located close to light rail and transit so it is easy to get around.
The neighborhood is safe but the area has places that are not visually appealing.
The lighting in the living room could be brighter and the electric outlets in the living room do not accommodate a 3 prong plug so computer charges etc cannot be plugged without a convertor. There are 3 prong plus elsewhere in the house.
We would definitely stay here again. It met or exceeded all our needs.

Check-In was easy and hassle free. Getting in touch with the home owner was easy as well and he responded quickly. Home was clean and well kept. Driveway was pretty small could not fit a Tesla Model Y in there comfotably without the doors hitting the walls and unfortunately there was a winter storm that blew thru and there were no extra blankets to bundle up.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is clean, nice location, quiet, and has most everything you need. Our only complaint is that the listing says it sleeps 12, but realistically there are 3 queen beds and 1 king bed sleeping 8. The other 4 are 3 couches and a crib, I guess (couches are not hide-a-beds and there aren’t really linens, blankets, pillows). So be sure to plan your group size accordingly or check with the host ahead of time.

My wife and I spent a week at this site for an anniversary getaway. The home was spacious with accessible laundry, a great kitchen, comfy couches and warm beds. It was a bigger house than I anticipated from the listing and could have accommodated 8 without difficulty.
The owner was great at communication throughout our stay.
We rented a car and parked out front of the house. There were coffee shops and stores and restaurants in a very short drive from the house. This was an easy 15 minute drive into downtown, but also easy to get to hiking trails and more. If we are in Seattle, we would stay here again.

The location is great! It is just a couple of minutes from the light rail station at Northgate. The house was very clean and the home and furnishings were recently updated. I needed to contact the owner about a couple of things and he was very responsive!!! I would gladly rent this space again!

House was lovely. It has everything we needed. There is no ac as the listing stated but most homes in seattle have no ac. Owner changed the listing to reflect no ac. Owner was very responsive and we had a nice stay. Parking is very limited. We had a suburban and could not park in the driveway as it was too big to fit. Nice neighborhood clean house we enjoyed ourselves.
