it was pet friendly and reasonably priced to cater for my need for 3 nights to attend medical appointments in Melbourne and Geelong.

it was not accessible for me as a person with a physical disability, which I informed the property managers of. I could not do statues or step, so was located in a downstairs room. However the driveway was step and there were steps on entry and to the bathroom, very difficult to do on a knee scooter. The bed was also very low so not good for climbing on a scooter at night.

Clean the building, a bit of maintenance also, we were not aware of our bathroom being away from our bedroom. The kitchen was filthy and the milk was out of date.

There was no breakfast. The location was good.

The keypad at the front door should be illuminated. We arrived at 12:10am, very tired and could not find the keypad, because it was so dark. The light on the top landing should be on permanently. We came back twice and the light was off. It is hard to navigate up the stairs and to the room in the dark. The light switch, of course, was over near the stairs and hard to find. Also, I would have appreciated some information about the car parking. Was the driveway parking for guests who were first in, best dressed? Another issue, we did not need to get an email each night from the managers. The check-out message said we were expected to empty the bins but did not say where. Lastly, it was a nuisance having to download TV stations onto the tablet to watch the TV. A TV aerial that would service all the rooms would not be that dear.

Location was great. Really well put together, private. Everything we needed.

The room was still private even though it was a shared facility. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed.

Maybe a broom for the floor. Just so we could keep it clean.

Extremely loud Constant being asked to help guests to unlock doors with the security codes For the money you pay the property is not that clean Beds are aging and not comfortable I can pay same amount of money in a 4 star hotel and my room is cleaned each day with fresh linen but at accomodation you don’t get fresh linen (I was there 6 days) and you expect three bins to be emptied The noise level is not so good as rooms are not sound proofed

Property and room were clean. Emailed instruction for getting into the property were clear. Prompt response to urgent request for help due to bed breaking. (within 30 minutes.) Successfully fixing the bed it stayed together for the rest of the night.

Very small room, only just enough space for queen size bed and one beside table. Bed broke on our second night, we were just sitting on it. Repairers admitted they were very poorly made beds and were being replaced. TV power cable hung partway down the wall connected to an extension cord. Ditto another extension cord for bedside light. Not sure this would pass code for a rented out room. Photo in Booking.com very different to the room we got. Obviously a private home converted to 8 accommodation rooms. Shared kitchen facilities and unfortunately the other residents did not believe in cleaning up after themselves.

The accommodation was close to everything that I needed it for and was actually for 3 nights (14th - 17th February). Also, I was able to take my pet. ❤️🙂

The only accommodation concern was that there was no chair in the room and the only place to sit was on the bed. I'm still trying to chase a tax invoice for my stay??

the location was great

it was very dirty ,two towels one with holes and one with brown stains. the foyer and door ways hadn't been swept for a while . the air on is on a switch thats turns off every 2 hours not good enough when you go out for the day and the room is scorching hot and takes hours to cool down . the previous guests who used the communal kitchen left it dirty .

noise from other guests. and all common areas are filthy! dust everywhere! and kitchen is a disgrace. pots pans dishes are all disgusting and needs a very good clean.

It was a good location for access to Deakin university. The room had everything I needed (kettle, coat hangers, shampoo etc.). The bed was extremely comfortable and the TV had access to Netflix and other streaming services. The place and room had a locked code so I felt safe. Fantastic and quick communication from the host via text. There was a shared kitchen, ironing facilities and dishwasher.

The wifi wasn't great and I was travelling for work so this was really important - I ended up having to use my own data for conference calls. I could tell the bedding had been washed but I kept finding long black hairs in the bed. There were large cobwebs hanging from the ceiling over the bed. I didn't get responses to any of the emails I sent, but the host was extremely quick responding via text. The ironing board had melted sticky plastic on it so it was difficult to iron. The walls were thin so I had to wear earplugs. There were other guests making a lot of noise at 6am one morning.
