Veey clean and spacious house inside and out! Great view right on rhe river and fun fishing too! Bluegills, bass and pearch! Wound definitely recommended this lil gem of a rental!

We had a great time. Brought 2 boats and spent a lot of time on them. Caught a range of different fish. Accommodations are very nice and cozy. Will stay again.

6 adults and a few furry doggos and a pontoon boat. Property was exactly as listed. We were all comfortable and felt we had plenty of room to spread out inside, outside and down in the boat. River was quiet and perfect, boat launch was a breeze and the sandbars were fun to pack snacks and just enjoy the water and atmosphere. Thanks for a great summer family get away.

Enjoyed the fire pit and fishing off the dock! Good communication. The grill did run out of gas when we were cooking. But that was easily handled.

We had a delightful time catching up in such a Great Environment. The weather was perfect and the lodging was just what we were hoping for.

We were able to enjoy kayaking, fishing and SxS all at this location. The place was super clean and had all the amenities one would need. The gaming area downstairs is so much fun. It was a great place to stay with our teenage kids. Close to lot's of things to do. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

I should start out by saying that we stay at vrbo properties often for atv trips in Wisconsin and South Dakota. This home had some very great qualities but not quite what we're used to staying in. Starting out with the pros: the house was immaculately clean. The check in process was seamless. Location was good. Now for the things that would have affected us booking if we had known ahead of time. The air conditioning situation on this 100 degree weekend was AWFUL. We couldn't get the thermostat to go below 72 degrees and the upstairs (where more than 50% of the guests have to sleep) was not air conditioned. There was a window unit in the hallway, but once you close doors to go to bed, there was no ventilation in the bedrooms and reached over 80 degrees each night. Thank goodness there were fans provided in each room or we would have had to leave. We were not able to get much rest with the temperature, although beds were very comfortable. The setup should be more clearly stated. 2 bedrooms on the top level, one on main, 1 bathroom on main, and the other bathroom in the basement. Using the bathroom in the middle of the night, some people had to climb 2 floors of very tiny and narrow stairs. There is only 1 tv and it was in the basement, where there is only room for 3 people to sit. I understand most people don't watch tv on vacation but we wanted to watch football since it was so hot out. Overall a beautiful home, just didn't work great as a vacay rental.

This home had everything we needed for our quick weekend stay. We attended a wedding at Burlap&Bells, it was about a 10 minute drive. Easy check in and check out!

We rode side by sides and it was a great location to get to the trail. Also easy to get to food and Walmart for groceries. My family enjoyed the game room, the dock by the river and the patio. We would definitely stay here again.

Older home. Clean. Great location, walkable to downtown BRF. Nice park for kids about half a mile from the house. House is right on the Black River. Good dock and we appreciated the fenced in yard with gate down to the dock due to having young children and dogs. Spent a good amount of time on the dock and swimming in river. Need to bring all your own water toys. We brought kayaks and noodles for swimming as very deep water right off the dock. Plenty of chairs for sitting outside and made use of the grill and fire pit but would have liked to have a large table of any sort also for eating and playing games, etc. we had 6 adults, 2 young children and 2 dogs. House was a bit cozy for all of us, especially the kitchen but all in all ok. Plenty of room for sleeping, comfortable, clean beds. Great basement with foosball table, electric dartboard, arcade game machines, but needed more seating for everyone and again a table of some sort for sitting around. The 2nd full bathroom is in the basement. Overall, we enjoyed our week’s stay at this river house.

We needed a house with beds, something close to town, walking distance to restaurants, and affordable. This was it. Just what we needed!

The house was adorable. However, I thought it was all one level plus basement and didn't expect two bedrooms to be on a second level. Overall it was a relaxing stay and lovely area.

It was a cute small house with everything you needed. There’s a Wal-Mart nearby if you need to shop for groceries. Place was clean and even though I didn’t cook I could see that kitchen was well stocked. I would rent again if I needed a place for several days.

The home was super clean and in such a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. Access to trails, foid ect was very easy.

Home was excellent for our stay! We loved the basement space for the kids to hang out. The only slight problem was no real air flow upstairs for A/C but fans were available. Would most definitely stay here again!!

Great location. Upstairs bedrooms were hot but fans were furnished. Outside area was great. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Property was clean and in a great location. It is peaceful and relaxing. The purpose of the stay was to take our UTV’s out on the trails. A short drive through town on the UTV and you have direct access to the miles of trails. They had the directions posted which was a huge help. Plenty of items in the kitchen took cook at the property without having to worry about bringing anything. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer on site. The only downside was there is no AC on the upstairs bedrooms. Lucky it was not to warm for most of our trip. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to another stay.

We were invited to a wedding in Black River Falls, had a son from Ohio with family & us & our daughter & family meet in the middle, all under one roof. The house was clean, perfect for the 9 of us, easy to rent, easy to find, had several games & entertainment for the preteens and teenagers. We hope to rent it again for the next wedding. We were totally satisfied. Thank you for the perfect weekend.

We had an excellent experience. Everything was stocked up very well! They had much more than the description. The house was nice and I even caught a few bass. The owner was very quick at responding. If we head up to black River Falls, we would stay here again.
