Nino the owner is a wonderful host very likeable and very accommodating, he get a 10 plus .

Had my mother of 85 years old there were 2 flights of stairs the property is not conducive to older people with physical issues but we managed to get through just the same.

We visited Sambuca on the weekend of the town's centuries-old annual festival of The Madonna. Parking was nearly impossible to find, but our host held a free street parking spot for us, right next to our building, until our arrival. The location is within 100 yards of the main thoroughfare of Sambuca and walkable to most of the city sites. The apartment is plenty large for two or three people, clean and quiet. You get a very secure feeling as you pass through three locking doors to your room. The room isn't fancy, but the size, location and comfort for the price makes it a very good choice.

A lovely comfortable place, quiet yet in the centre of town and with easy free parking. Nino was a really helpful host and we hope to see him again.

Really spacious apartment! Very good equipped kitchen, the rooms are decent. Located next to the centre, parking was not a problem. Thanks for the good experience!
