Very comfortable, well appointed unit with lovely furnishings & amenities. Ease of booking/check in with Seaside Stays, host Mon informed us regularly with information details. Excellent resort facilities, secure undercover parking with lift convenience from basement to unit level, great location close to beach & walking tracks.

Unfortunately unit was not sound proofed. Plumbing noises & voice levels from guests in adjoining rooms, above & below was a little disappointing.

very well equipped, lovely modern decor…netflix! not much of surfer, but waves seem break evenly and could probably be ridden. a hop step and jump from what is probably high end pub food. the staff at the Ramada although not part of the booking are great and only too willing to help

it was in such a great position, loved the facilities and the closeness to the beach. great security, and the. unit was spacious clean and very comfortable

the main bedroom had a lot of light coming in through the window of a night ?? blind wouldn’t come down and curtain wasn’t a block out one .

Bed was a 10/10. High quality sheets and mattress. Decor was our taste of coastal to suit the location. Fans in both bedroom and lounge room worked exceptionally well which being a very hot weekend and no air con in bedroom made for a very pleasant stay. Hosts instructions were very clear and even provided photos which was super helpful when checking in as this is a private host apartment and not associated with Ramada. Pool was really nice and the bistro attached was really handy. We had breakfast there and it was delicious. Even though we were pretty close to the Airport we hardly ever heard the planes which was a real surprise and generally we had a very quiet stay.

TVs in both bedrooms and living room was a real struggle , Trying to connect with chrome cast or Netflix on tv as the reception was little to non and we resulted to just using our phone. Friday night we had no issue but then Saturday with a higher occupancy in hotel it became an issue which was a shame. In bedroom there is a window which goes onto where the lockbox is for apartment and there is a main hallway light outside. There is a blind in the window but doesn’t work and there is curtains but light still filters in. If the blind was replaced this would have bettered our sleep as I do like to have the room pitch black.

Very spacious and well equiped accomodation. Excellent location, 20 minute beach walk to Marcoola or Mudjimba shops/cafes. Excellent communication with owner.

No view from appartment, although, you could hear the ocean. Noise from other appartments and from the resturant/bar directly downstairs until late at night. No airconditioning in bedroom - fan only.
