Please do something with the chickee hut situation too difficult to get one unless one of your group gets up very very early

we stay at the Playa Linda several times a year. The location is top notch with steps to the beach, great beach side bars and restaurants and awesome staff

The studio was a bit crowed and dark. and there was not good place to put luggage if only staying a couple of nights, other than one luggage stand. We had to put a suitcase on the coffee table as well. just seemed really crowded.

The location is amazing.

The problem with this hotel is that it is not a hotel. It is a time share condo that makes believe it is a hotel. The crowd is mostly retired people. The main activity is bingo by the pool every day from 12 to 1. The beach is super crowded and people literally get up at 3 AM to get the food cabanas. It’s ridiculous. It’s not a real Hotel. The staff at front desk was very unhelpful. The concierge was fine, the beach staff was wonderful. Jessie the security guard was amazing. The only nice thing about this place is Location and the beach restaurants which technically are not part of the resort. Would not stay here again many better options on Palm Beach.

For some reason one of the groundskeeper told my children two times to get out of the hot tub for no reason.

I think I overplayed after talking to some people.

The beach was gorgeous and quiet. The ocean water was extremely calm like a like. It was very easy to lay in the water on the float. The water isn't clear, although it is aqua colored. You cannot see your feet when standing in the water. It was much clearer 10 years ago. I enjoyed the adults only pool. The sunsets are GORGEOUS! The hotel has EVERYTHING you need at your fingertips from gift shops, to snacks, restaurants, etc. No need to taxi anywhere unless of course you want to view the whole island. . .then I recommend renting a car for the day. The main pool offers water aerobics in the morning. I loved that our room had a refrigerator, stove and coffeemaker. The pool lights up beautifully at night.

The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were not the most comfortable. They were all exactly the same, so I couldn't find one I liked. I did not like waking up at 5:30am to reserve a front row beach hut, but I'm told that being up early is the ONLY way to get front row on the beach. . . .so I did it.. . .everyday! Beware. . . Lots of kids at the main pool! (which is great if you you have young ones). The main pool is on the small side for the size of the hotel. It should be bigger than it is.
