A lovely apartment so close to the sea and pier and easy walking distance to The Lanes. Beautifully furnished.

Great apartment in a brilliant location in Brighton and easy walk to the pier and the lanes. Nice decor and comfortable beds with lovely crisp white sheets. the host left a bottle of milk and water in the fridge along with tea bags, coffee etc.

Because of the age of property only one window opens in the living area and bedroom. Not a huge problem but I like a good blow through.

The host Suzie was extremely friendly and an amazingly helpful person. Right from the word go, she guided us very well regarding the location and comunicated clearly regarding the parking facilities as well. She welcomed us with a warm smile and was actually waiting to show us around the house which was very thoughful. Excellent location. The house was very clean and spacious with good central heating. Definitely worth staying here if you are coming to Brighton!

Really lovely comfortable clean apartment. great location - short easy walk to beach and pier. Host was so helpful and responsive to all queries.

Parking was a bit tricky when we first arrived - but it was New Years Eve ! the next day parking was fine. The host gave us a guest parking permit ( at small cost of 13 pounds) which was very helpful and allowed us to park just outside when parking freed up. only thing I would have liked within the property would be a drying rail for clothes as we got totally soaked in the rain !
