Fun decor and great place to both relax in and explore Margaret River from.

No flyscreens on the windows in the "garage" bedroom needs seeing to. Choice between mosquitoes or fresh air. Warning for daily sprinkler system in the yard - do not park your car near the house lot. It ends up with dirty bore water all over and is not a nice look. I guess that was why there was no pressure in the outdoor shower - all water went to the sprinklers.

location was great, backyard was excellent.

for the price it was a very average house with minimal facilities. I think it’s probably worth $2500 max. for a week. a beautiful house on the front street is not much more. I would reassess pricing for this property.

We loved everything about this place from the large expanse of green grass, to the peppy trees and the quaint beach house. We loved how the veranda looked over the yard and we could sit in the sun and watch our kids play. We had everything we needed and more, a lot of thought went into making sure nothing was missing for our stay - we loved the little added extras and amenities. The location was perfect for wandering or scooting down to the General Store or the beach, albeit no view of the ocean.

Loved everything! As we stayed in winter a fireplace (or pot belly stove) would've been delightful but not entirely necessary as there was plenty of heating and the firepit outside was just as lovely. Hot water does run out fast so we needed to be mindful of having short showers.
