Great location, very good breakfast, every day cleaned room, parking by the hotel, nice staff and owner, comfotable beds, super bathroom and good restaurant.
Older equipment, but old does not mean bad and for the price is it more than ok.

Really nice and friendly personel, especially everyday during breakfast.
Cleaning service was inconvienient, because they threw out some of our packages which we still wanted to use.

Cheap hotel in the perspective of the (perfect) location close to the lake and city center, however you should expect a higher level of noise from the main street (traffic, bars). Nice restaurant in the ground floor (relatively cheap and tasty pastas and pizzas, house wine). A small parking place behind the hotel, other possibilites for free parking ca. 300 m far. Friendly staff.
Smell in the bathroom (sewage). Really simple breakfast. No A/C (could be a problem for sleeping for someone due to the noisy main street).

* Due to global warming, at 39 degrees, not having an AC is awful. We had to keep the window open, but the road in front was very noisy until 1 - 2 o'clock in the morning. The ceiling fan was wobbly and didn’t create much air flow so it was very hot in the room and barely could sleep.

Location close to lake, a comfy bed and overall a very nice stay. Good breakfast and extremely clean!
the ceiling fan was wobbly and didn’t create much air flow at all so was very hot in the room. it’s on a noisy street with noisy apartments and other hotel rooms all around, other people talking or arguing on their balconies and window sills until the 2am regularly.

Location good, near the bus stop. Satisfaction.
The hotel is average, it would take a bit of restoration. Breakfast weak, no variations, no vegetables. There was no possibility of discounts in restaurants for guests

We love this hotel because it has a good location, rooms are clean and staff is lovely. Friendly waiters and the gentleman at reception. Definitely recommend it! Good value for money.

Room was clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good! Parking was available. Prime location! Able to walk around and walk to Lake Garda. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly (especially the breakfast lady). The rooms are basic but have everything you need. The location is really good, there are lots of restaurants, shops, and gelaterias in the area and the beach is only a 2 min walk away. The city centre with the historical old town is a bit farer away, but also only around 15 min walking.
