Mattress was not confortable... sign to get the hotel very poor.. evenmore getting instruction form waze was terrible, took us a lot of time to get the hotel...........need to improve it

Lovely oasis of calm in the middle of busy Valle. Great location near all town centre attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Would have liked a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Some noise from the street during the night.

perfect location to get into town and to the lake for water sports - all walking distance. view from terrace and small swimming pool and jacuzzi made this a little oasis - you forgot you were in the centre of a busy but lovely town. all the staff were fantastic, very friendly and showed excellent customer service.
everything was lovely but if I could suggest anything it would be a small fridge in the rooms to keep our drinks cool and better white wine!

The view, the pool and the jacuzzi are amazing. The bed was also very comfortable.
For the price they charge, a real breakfast should be included. There could also be less noise from reception in the mornings, and they should provide the option to order food at the pool. There could also be comfortable chairs on the private terrace, you cannot really sit on the ones that they currently have.

Continental breakfast is included but can be combined with things in the menu, which make ir very convenient. Breakfast is delicious, inexpensive and waiters and staff and very kind and flexible. They accommodate every request we had. The only "but" I have, it was hard to regulate to the water in the shower to the right temperature. Location is great. Downtown is really close and the view while you have breakfast is lovely.

The room is too small. they told us the breakfast is included. however we paid the bill.

The room had a funny smell and ventilation was poor. You have to open window and so noice is not so great for sleeping ok. The staff are really nice though and conveniently situated in downtown. But if you are looking for a relaxing place, better if you stay somewhere outside downtown.

Breakfast is good is just a continental breakfast, the location is great near to everything, the room is the key we got a little balcony with nice views.
