Great from beginning to end.

This was our 2nd time staying here, and I truly didn't believe that the warm hospitality could exceed the first stay. The rooms, bathrooms, and pool areas are so clean and sanitary, just the way I like it, as I'm considered OCD! The staff are so friendly and they are like family amongst one another. Our room faced the beach, and the view of the the moon light over the dark waves, was just breath taking!! Although we live 5 hours away, we've already made up our minds to come again before the end of the year, just to relax 😎😎

Check in was smooth. Kaitlyn went above and beyond, we were able to get an upgrade. Excellent ocean view, clean rooms and comfortable beds. House keeping did a great job. The hotel offers nice amenities. All the staff was super polite and helpful.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Me and my fiancée stayed in an oceanfront king suite. It had a balcony that overlooked the ocean. It was beautiful. It felt like I was actually on the beach. The room was so clean. The bed was neatly made every morning with fresh sheets and linen. We had a glass encased shower and the shower came with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner so if you forgot any of your hygiene products they’ve got you covered! Unfortunately the spa/hot tub and pool bar wasn’t open but the pool was and it was nice and cool and gorgeous. The bar inside the hotel lobby was open though and the bartender was really nice and was able to make whatever drink you wanted. Parking was easy. We got a parking pass to put inside our car when we checked in and everything was within walking distance. There was a restaurant and Publix across the street along with Ross, Five Below, Walgreens and more. 10/10!

The 2nd floor king ocean front room, smelled bad, mold and pet smell. When we called the front desk they showed us a 1st floor room 112 with 2 queens which did not smell. It was the worst night ever in a Hilton hotel. The 2nd floor guest were noisey, you could here everthing, metal chairs moving on the balcony was bad. I found the night room attendant and walked around the back with him and his flashlight because it sounded like they were on our balcony. Every movement they made we could here. The recent renovated unit wall a/c units are rusted. Ceiling blistering, carpet stained, dried up french fry nexr to bed, bathroon vanity lights rusted. I would not be complaing if the desk attendent that showed my wife the 1st floor unit would have not have been so rude. She did not even look at her showed her the room and walked out. I do not recommed the Hilton Garden. Staff not freindly.

Great location. The staff was very friendly. The only issue for me was the pillows were not comfortable at all. We had to change rooms because the first mattress was a little dirty. Overall we had a good time.

Well I stayed here about 20 times in the last five years. Unfortunately, I did not arrive until after 8 PM and was given a room that was very close to the service area and the door that leads to the parking lot. There was constant noise as people went in and out throughout my stay I asked to be relocated unfortunately there were sold out. There were no other rooms available so if you’ve made a book in here it’s best that you arrive before 6 PM. Noise was my primary issue noise from the service people going in and out of their work location noise from the service people pushing containers back-and-forth noise from folks going in and out of the main door leading into the parking lot ….. never again

The hot tub wasn’t working

We booked an ocean front room and it was awesome ! The bed was great as was the large TV/ No problems at all really/ The only 1 minor issue was the jacuzzi jets weren't working but the hot-tub water was still hot. And the food is also great !

Will be nice to have at list continental breakfast included.

A quiet and comfortable oceanfront hotel. Convenient access to a Publix and several restaurants. I enjoyed my stay, and will stay there again

They need to put pet fee in fine print

I was really surprised it wasn’t that clean for it to be a Hilton/Marriott property. The price was reasonable they only gave us 3 towels and it was a handicap room not sure why? It was close to my wedding venue I was attending so it served its purpose. It was right on the water which made it nice

Went there for a relaxing beach day. I come to the hotel often, and they never disappoint. Parking is tight after 7pm, but everything else was all good. Many restaurants and a Publix grocery store within walking distance. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, and ocean views are nice…

My room was a little damp and humid, but wasn’t a dealbreaker. The place was very clean, fantastic and friendly staff, close to a lot of desirable shops and restaurants, and the access to the beach was top notch!! Near perfect! Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable

Location is nice. Right on the beach. Has a Publix right across the street you could walk to. They had no beach towels the whole time I stayed there. My daughter and I stayed for 4 days. When we went to the beach or pool we only got one towel one day. They would tell me to check in an hour I would. They would just say “sorry no one is bringing them back” also never had our room cleaned. We had trash pile up that i ended up taking out myself. Huge disappointment. The headboard on the bed was glued together. It’s just not that nice. Bar outside has a terrible set up. They would have to go inside to cash you out because they had no register outside. The hot tub was dirty, full of sand and dead bugs. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Daytona. The value of this hotel was terrific. It had been redone since the prior hurricane and the modern looking feel of the lobby was welcoming. The staff was terrific, I enjoyed the pool and the accessibility to the beach made it for an amazing day. The balcony view was spectacular. The room decor looked to be redone as well though it could have been a bit more modern in keeping with the lobby. It was clean and well kept.
