Overall, this is a nice property. The rooms are very large and comfortable and up to date. I had breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and the food and service were excellent. I only have two complaints about my last stay. First, I arrived at 1PM with the check-in time being 3PM and I had to wait the two hours for my room ---- unless I paid a $25 early check in fee (in which case, they could find me an available room). In the meantime, one of my colleagues, who arrived at 2PM, was allowed to check-in without paying the fee. It was clear that they had rooms available; they just wanted to make me wait since I refused to pay the additional fee. Anyway, I felt that a little more grace could have been given. Secondly, my room had a slow drain in the bathtub. It did drain, but very slow, and was more of a nuisance than anything else. All of that being said, this is a decent property and a good value for the money. In spite of the two issues I had, I would stay here again.

Wonderful experience. We splurged and stayed in a balcony suite. So worth it view was amazing. Everything was clean, staff courteous, and breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely stay here again

Accommodation excellent; front desk on check in awesome; restaurant service is poor. I felt discriminated because white women got in after me but they were served before me. I was left sitting waiting while the two white women attended to.

Perfect place for a family to stay, even with older (17 year old) daughter. Roomy suite with Murphy bed in living room worked great. Front desk folks were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was pricy but very good, with smiling and professional help.

No shelves in the bathroom to place your toiletries, makes it difficult. Had to wheel a chair to place all of my things.
A window was replaced with a plexi glass which is against code - room 510. Location not the best and probably will not stay at that location again. Staff very informative. Breakfast very good.

This was the best hotel room I've stayed in ever. The view of the river was great. Staff made checking in an out fast an painless. I do have to say around mid night we were woken up because of noise. Not sure if it was do to the bar or people getting off the elevator or people next to us. Other then that the stay was perfect. I'll definitely be staying again and probably will be using other double trees because of it.

I appreciated the shuttle service and the cleanliness of the facilities, however the bathroom in my unit had mold on the ceiling. I checked to see if it could be wiped off and it could be but never was.

The Microsoft outage affected the hotels computers so they had to check us in manually. They were very professional, helpful and provided information and updates. Loved our river view and cocktails on the rooftop terrace.

The person who checked us in was rude. There was no concierge for most of our stay! No airport shuttle and the breakfast was $31 per person. The hot tub’s pump went out. And the shuttle had limited service.

very close to Harvard and other area universities, as well as downtown restaurants and other sites. Easy to access and parking garage available (although you do have to pay $$$'s to use, which is not a plus, but good to have the ability at the hotel site). Very nice hotel and met our needs for the few days we stayed.
