Came here for a safe and affordable solo trip stay for my birthday. Felt safe and it was relaxing! Thank you guys so much!

Room was pretty nice, parking was kinda rough since my car has no power steering and there’s just barely enough room to pull in, there is extra parking further inside the property but you can’t really see around the corner when you go to drive out. Parking spaces are also limited. If it’s busy, you’re allowed one car. Was honestly just put off by the fact that I could barely hear myself think from like 9:30 am to 2/3pm because of house cleaning so if you get a room for multiple days try to get a second floor room if possible. Would include the video of it if I could. Internet wasn’t great. Could sort of sometimes get a show to load. Ended up using my own internet. Woman at the front desk was SUPER nice. Dog fee is fairly expensive compared to other motels in the area as well.

Large room, spacious, clean and comfortable. Great light and mirror over sink. Fridge with separate ice compartment, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. Quiet, good location, would stay again.

Wonderful service --the guy in the front office went out of his way to help and give suggestions for meals, etc. Also, though the road was on a busy street, the room was very quiet. I'd stay here again.

Bed was nice and shower clean.
At night we noticed that the door wouldn't lock and had to change room. Otherwise everything went well.

Great hotel, good location for price. Room was immaculate. Only down side was slow check in - waited in reception for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come into reception and drains in bath and sink were very slow to drain- but overall really good hotel

I'm not sure why this place has a 9.2/10 review rating. It was okay. The staff is pleasant. Unfortunately we were placed next to a very loud neighbor that *appeared* to be staying there for a long duration. There was lots of loud banging, and very loud talking late into the night. At one point he was standing right outside our door. It made the whome experience very uncomfortable, and we weren't able to get much sleep. I know it's not the motel staffs fault, but it severely tainted our experience there.

The Pacific Inn is along a street of other motels and convenience stores. Looks a little sketch but didn't have any problems with the surrounding area. Check in was a breeze but they do say when you book online that there is no one at the desk after 10 PM so do make note of that. The electronic locks on the room door looked a little old but the room inside is spotless, mattress and sheets are fresh and clean, has a fridge. The TV remote is a little spotty but eventually works if you keep at it. I have never seen a shower work the way this one does lol and even if you gave me an hour I may never have figured it out were it not for the picture next to the shower demonstrating how to operate it. The shower pressure was abysmal with half going to the shower head and half going to the faucet. Ice machine worked well but it felt kind of weird it was outside in the elements lol.

Very uncomfortable beds. My lady and I have back pain from this place. This room had a huge empty space where it looks like they took out the chair or other bed and leave a huge empty space. Why is there a huge room and such a small bed?? Queen size bed in a large room is just bad decision making for whoever runs this property. That should be a king bed and for Pete’s sake would it kill you guys to spend a few extra bucks to not have the cheapest spring mattress you can buy in the rooms?? The room quality is definitely bad for that reason. The service was average but yall need to think about the room being so bare bones that it looks like it’s mid remodel lol

The room was well apointed and recently refreshed. Everything was in good working order. Frankly, the value was 50 to 100% more than the rental fee. Our stay was oe of the better values i have experienced in recent hotel/motel stays. Check-in was efficient and the young lady at the desk was personable and helpful.

Housekeeping staff needs to be retrained in only knocking a couple of times when their pass key doesn’t work. They kept knocking while I was in the restroom trying to yell at them to PLEASE come back later!

The property close at 10:00 pm with a notice that you can arrive late as long as you call the front desk emergency number and they will meet you at the office. We called we went and stayed in front of the office waiting for someone to come check us in they never showed us never returned a phone call.

We checked in late around midnight. The front office closes at 10pm. Karun instructed me to call in 10 minutes before arrival to wake him up. He was courteous and helpful, not grumpy.
The room was spacious and clean.
Two things needed to address and hope that they can change.
1) It’s for room #107. The shower head needs to be replaced. They probably installed water saving shower head. The water is literally trickling. I have tried different mode of water flowing, but not made any difference. It was a big frustration. I talked to front desk, she didn’t seem not surprised.
2) Room service lady was knocking on door in the morning and wake us up. We came in late and were sleeping on. The check out in 11am, but she was knocking on door like 8 am.
Hope that they can improve on these two.

Front desk staff was welcoming. Room is updated, spacious and clean. I appreciated knowing that pets stay on the bottom floor but not upstairs where we stayed. They are clearly dog friendly which will be nice for many guests. Grabbed takeout form sushi place just a few minutes walk and ate breakfast at an amazing crepe place just a ten minute walk away. Overall a good stay.

The property was fine, quiet, in a safe area. Rooms were clean. Bed felt like it was going to break and squeaked anytime we moved. The one negative thing about our stay was people checking in after 11pm and unloading upstairs so it was super load for about 40 mins and we had an early flight. Told front desk staff and their response was “ that’s gonna happen when ppl check in”.

Our room had decent space for us and was clean and comfortable. All the staff we met were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which made for a very pleasant stay. The only downside with our room was the noisy air conditioning but we didn’t need it on for long because of the temperate Monterey weather.
