Our room was on the first floor and it felt like we were in the basement. Very dingy and musty smelling. Mirror was filthy dirty in main room, crumbs still on the floor from previous guest. Shower drain was very slow draining. Overall a bad experience

The lady working the breakfast area was GREAT. Very professional, polite and supportive to the guest. The smell throughout the facility was not so good. Many carpet stains and bad spots in the carpet, both in the room 211 and in many walkways. If the visual appearance in the office areas is any indication of how clean and organized the business is ran, it is not very good. Documents in piles on the desk and on the floor around the desks is not a good condition. Future visits will find a different location.

Our overall experience was okay but the property needs to be kept clean (rooms were dirty). The cleaning staff needs to be better trained and the general staff needs to be customer-friendly and courteous

This facility lacks an elevator even though it has 3 levels which we found inconvenient. Room and some areas show some wear, no housekeeping service to our room during our 48 hour stay. Breakfast lacked either gluten-free or dairy-free options. Electronic key cards lost their magnetic charge in 24 hours. However room was comfortable enough and staff were very helpful when asked.

I hate it that the hotel charged me an extra $25 for pet. this is what it means to be pet friendly. often enough the pets are well behaved and I bet to say that the humans are the ones to create the damage to a hotel property rather than pets. just another way big business trying to get over on the consumer.

It was not terrible, we couldn’t afford the more expensive hotels in the area. Our visit was for my doctors appt here. I did enjoy the pool but the hot tub is not open at this time. The breakfast is free and edible. Honestly, we weren’t needing anything super fancy anyways so this place did the job.

The pros - the staff were absolutely amazing. With every interaction they were friendly, professional, and willing to help if we experienced a problem. Room service did an amazing job of keeping the rooms in shape and worked with what they have. The cons - this property is dingy and in need of a complete renovation. The carpets are in particularly bad shape, although housekeeping clearly did what they could. If this property is still corporate-owned, it's time for Choice Hotels to step up and show this facility some love.

Overall, the property was not bad but it lacked elevators and was somewhat difficult to navigate, especially since I have knee problems. The Breakfast Buffet was wonderful and the staff and management very friendly and hospitable.

The hotels room and surrounding hallways look very old/outdated and dilapidated.

Rugs in the hotel are very stained and dirty . Can be a vector for germs for sure .
Rugs can easily be remived to have floors that can be swept and mopped daily , and as needed .
The rugs are definitely horrible dirty looking lots of stains .

In the first room I tried, the bathtub was plugged and the bath hot/cold dial wasn't working. I got transferred to a different room and the vanity light over the bathroom sink didn't work. I informed the front desk who told me that maintenance would fix it. It never got fixed and I doubt anyone even looked at it. Breakfast was fairly decent though.

The staff at this hotel were fabulous! This hotel is very run down and outdated. There was no microwave in the room and the fixtures were drab. The bathroom was like a closet, super tiny. It is a smoke-free facility with designated areas for smoking but people on the ground floor were just stepping out of their sliding doors to smoke. My husband is a smoker and he walked to the areas as requested. The pool room was overly hot and the pool water was too warm. The smell of weed also hit your face as soon as you walked out of the room. Other than the staff I would not recommend this hotel until it gets a facelift into the 2020s.

Poor condition. Widow when opened fell out. Badly patched holes behind doors. Guard rails falling off in the shower. Filthy carpets. Broken beds. DO NOT book at this "INN".
