I often get here at the ridiculous time of night and they always manage to leave a key for me in the lockbox. I really appreciate that it’s very quiet and comfortable in spite of often being really busy. The parking is easy sometimes I get in so late that it’s a bit full, but there is parking out the back as well. The place is really comfortable, comfortable bed, it’s really clean. If you’re doing a stopover near Coffs, it really is the easiest one of all of them.

The staff member, on our arrival, was busy with scanning or photocopying something in the reception office and should’ve acknowledged us and served us straightaway.
The only thing about the room, is the toilet seat broke its bolt. One bolt was already broken, then the other one broke. Otherwise, the room was great.

Staff were lovely and smiling and super friendly. that was the best thing. Room smelt odd. door had seen better days and was water damaged. glasses and cups had to be washed before using.
Was glad this was a pit stop. expensive for what was offered for sure. Felt a little bit like the dodgy motel in Thelma and Louise!

Our stay overall was good and suited our needs for the night. The room was average and could do with some repairs and maintenance and on entering the room smelt very musty and so did the air con. The netting in the bathroom has a hole in it which requires a repair but apart from that the basic and clean facilities were good.

Clean room, well appointed. Staff were lovely. Lots of parking and the restaurant onsite was handy. Noisy road was the only downfall. Thank you for having us.

This place is perfect. Really comfortable bed and just all the things you need. I always worry when I’m doing the overnight at Coffs that I’m going to get too late and it makes me really anxious but they have a process for that.

Not an overly large person and couldn’t sit on toilet because was too close to wall, dogs in closeby rooms were noisy too and parking is terrible, will not be back

Disappointed that even though it states that the room comes with housekeeping, turns out it is an opt in situation and you need to notify them that your room is to be done. It mentions no where that you are required to. The annoying part is the lady on the desk mentioned her housekeepers have gone home so it can’t be done and since covid, they are no longer “required” to make up your room. Pretty average if you ask me.

Shower leaked all night. Had to put towels in bottom of shower to try to stop the noise. Saturday night and dining room closed. Ran out of hair conditioner and tissues.
Only one face washer provided for a 2 x queen bed share.
