Nice property
Had a bad tv channel changer that was replaced quickly. The tv had 7 fuzzy channels...management was notified and no resolution was found.

This was part of a longer trip, just an overnight stay. The room was clean, pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was provided. Great Value. Easy on/off access to highway.

When we arrived we checked in, went in, used the bathroom and went to eat. When we returned to the room there was a puddle of water under the toilet all over the floor. We notified them, they checked and moved us to another room. We spent the night in that new room and when we woke up we found another fairly large puddle of water under the air conditioning and the entrance door. In the morning we went to breakfast and the person in charge of breakfast was standing there all the time watching what you choose to eat. Nobody eats in the dining room. I imagine that's why everyone takes their breakfast and eats it in their rooms.

In the breakfast buffet area there is no microwave, the scrambled eggs are cold, the staff in charge of the buffet area is constantly nearby and observing what one makes or chooses at the buffet makes the guest feel quite uncomfortable.

It was not a bad location. The room was older along with a non-working phone. I was unable to call the front desk. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was great. The room and bedding were clean. I stayed in the King bed room.

First I shall say the price was less than $100. So, I should not and did not expect it to be top quality. With that said our hotel room was in need of a renovation. My main concern was the bathroom. The shower head base was coming off the wall and the there was serious mold around and under the bathtub mat.
At checkout I did tel the desk clerk about the bathroom concerns.

The a/c was very noisy and being close to interstate I could also hear traffic noise. Although the room was very clean the plumbing fixtures in the bathroom were well worn, such as tap in face basin and tap in shower/bath was falling apart and had difficulty completely shutting the water off. It kept dripping. Bed was comfortable, good to have fridge, microwave, coffee station and breakfast making the stay average.

We stayed 3 nights the staff was nice and helpful the hotel was clean and in a decent area . Overall I enjoyed it

Stayed at property for 4 nights was fine 1st night but on 2nd day was trying to change room due to water pressure in shower and tub. Spoke with customer service at desk was not only rude to 1 time but twice. Was told to fix issue would need to have the maintenance come to look at it first. I explained to representative at desk they I shouldn’t have to be bothered with this and they should just show me a few different rooms. I asked to see available rooms same floor and a few on lower to very if it’s pressure on floor my room was on or not. We looked into 4 rooms and finally found a room to replace it with with no water pressure issues. Manager stepped in and apologized but gave no compensation for inconvenience from employee and for this issue. Not happy with how it was handled from beginning to end.

This is a very nice location. It is centrally located close enough to every thing. Not far from the Interstate. The pool and the hotub were very nice and comforting. Breakfast was not bad. There were not many people around to talk to. I don't know why?

The elevator needs maintenance and we had neighbors that had to argue at 4 in the morning but the rest of the stay was good , breakfast was good
