We were placed in an ada room and told by hotels dot com and if so is not a good thing

Awful room. Had blood stains and signs of bed bugs.

I felt as if the room was very outdated and dirty. I don't think it was an issue with the maids. It appeared to me that the rooms have not had a face lift for decades. In addition, I saw maids working very hard. I'm thinking there are just not enough of them, nor are they provided a carpet cleaner apparently. The staff was, however, friendly and courteous.

Super easy to find this location and nicely surrounded by other stores and the beach/marina is within walking distance. The room we stayed in seemed to be newly renovated and was very spacious! For the price, this was a great surprise to me. There are multiple buildings so I'm not sure if all are in the same condition. We were on the third floor in the build straight back which does have an elevator. The breakfast was located a different building but wasn't far to get to from our room and had a lovely selection. The main highlight though was the staff members. Everyone we had the pleasure of encountering were beyond kind, helpful, and pleasant to interact with.
I want to give a huge shout out to Keyara who was working at the front desk when I went to checkin a few weeks ago. She was assisting a customer who constantly was degrading, belittling, and down right rude to her. Keyara handled this situation calm and collected despite receiving the complete opposite from this lady. I know what it's like to work in customer service, and it's times like that which really tests someone. High props to Keyara and I hope she gets the recognition she so clearly deserves!

I don’t know if this is a review of the facility or of Expedia, but the price we paid is more than the price the receptionist was quoting people who were walking in without a reservation.
The receptionist made us an excellent dinner suggestion, which was much appreciated.

This hotel claims to be a Best Western but is the worst BW I have ever been in. rooms stink and are not clean. outside the room is broken glass for beer bottles and abandone trash. bedroom carpet appear to have motor oil on it. this is bad bad and bad place.

The staff is great and super friendly. This was the most expensive Hotel in the area. We were hoping for the extra cost it would be great but if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep I would save the money and get that cheaper hotel. Was not worth a $558 2 day stay. The room is SO tiny and outdated, everything in the room feel sold and musty. We walked into the room and felt really disappointed. Blankets had dirty spots on them but you could tell it was just an older stained blanket. The Breakfast seemed like nothing was cleaned well and the cereal containers looked really old and unwashed. I feel bad leaving. a not so great review because the staff was so great! Super helpful and friendly. The pool was really fun for the kids as well!

Not impressed for a Best Western Plus which is usually very nice. Expected more for the
Price we paid and what we got. Door wouldn’t shut properly. Not enough linens in room. Pillows were not very good. Bed was comfortable but I wouldn’t stay at this best western again.

There was hair in the shower, flys in the room, and it felt muggy

When we got into our room we were greeted by a hand written note from housekeeper Kailey. This made my day and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you Kailey, you are amazing for taking that little bit of time to make our stay special. :)

Our stay was excellent! The room was clean, AC worked awesome, the beds were comfy, we had more than enough pillows, the rooms had tons of space and storage, and staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the hot tub as well! Breakfast was good, plentiful, and hot! Will definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was fine. The hotel could use some updating but if you just want to sleep in it, it's ok.

The hotel is conveniently located on hiway 101. The room had no carpet on the floor. There was no mat to wipe your feet as you came in. The floors were filthy. My socks were dirty just walking to the bathroom. You could tell they hadn’t been mopped in quite some time. The best part of our stay was the free hot breakfast. I wouldn’t stay there again. Very subpar for a best western facility. I complained on checkout. The desk clerk said they would be sure to let housekeeping know. So what. No discount. No nothing to compensate for our stay in a poor hotel.

I asked the receptionist when we checked into put us in a quiet spot. Our neighbors slammed their doors to take care of their children for two hours before we got to sleep.
