This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Travelling as a family of 4. Basically 4 adults, our suite was more than spacious. The location is prime for everything you could possibly want to do in San Remo. Balcony overlooking the casino was the cherry on top.

Great location on the pedestrian down town area close to shops and restaurants. Make sure you reserve a parking spot ahead of time and be prepared to stop at the pedestrian mall to unload and hand over your car when the garage attendant arrives (need to call ahead for this).

Positive: good location.
Neutral-negative: Poor communication from the front desk person. Did not mentioned option of covered parking. Had to park on the streets blocks away from the property.

Everything was great. The only thing is that the lounge at the rooftop was not in service. It would have been nice.

This was our third stay in this hotel over the years. We enjoy coming back. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are spacious and clean. The only improvement we would recommend is to solve the parking as they have only limited number of spots in the garage and in the busy summer season we had to search for an open spot on the streets. Nevertheless we will be coming back.

The bedroom is nice, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is a bit old school comparing the rest of the room.
The team is not very welcoming, but the situation of the hotel is very good, in the center, next to the Casino.

This is an old top-of-the-line luxury hotel. It has been beautifully renovated and it has retained the dignity that made it sought after. It is on a walking street of shopping and activity. Sanremo is a popular beach resort...and yet, in its midst sits the hotel, a quiet oasis.

Difficult to manage the air conditioning system and the metal curtains outside the windows was also difficult.

The hotel is very welcoming and spotlessly clean. This was our fourth time in Sanremo but our first time in this hotel. It’s now our favourite!
It’s in a superb location close to beach and shopping. We loved the breakfast at the rooftop. The hotel restaurant is excellent too. We’ll definitely be back. A big thank you to the hotel staff.

The hotel was very nice and service in the reception good. The restaurant however was not good. Not value for the money and food served was not up to the standard expectated.

Great hotel in a central location. Room was very good and spacious. Check in was somewhat late even though we came two hours in advance and dropped our bags off. When we came back at 15:00 the room still was not ready.. and the receptionist tried offering us a smaller room (one room + sofa bed). We waited another 30-40 min before being able to check in because we wanted the larger much nicer room (two rooms with two beds). Just expected them to be ready on time since they had a 2 hour heads up..

Loved the maid, she was excellent. - Noisy street, even off season and mid week. - Tiny room and small little shower stall, but was that only ours since it was a hotels.com cheap booking? Glad we found the roofdeck with nice views, even though it was off season and cold, it was nice up there. No parking, hard to find.
