The check in process was smooth. David made sure I knew were everything was and that I was set prior to the completion of the check in.
The area itself was a little difficult to get to, but it was quiet even with it being close to a runway.

Beds were so comfortable!! Hotel was a bit older but still in good condition and mostly clean (we noticed some dirt behind bathroom door that had been missed). No elevator or hot tub but only 2 story so not a big deal for us and we wouldn’t have had time for a hot tub anyway. Breakfast was amazing and quite filling. Regular options plus waffles and hot foods. Shower was hot and had good water pressure. Service was good and staff was friendly. Definitely worth the price to us but pickier people may not enjoy as much. Area wasn’t bad and it was surprisingly quiet even tho it’s located near the airport.

The service desk was great. When u got to the room the bed looked great, but the rest of the room was outdated. The photos need to be updated, and the place needs a remodel big time. But it is great quility for just around $100 a night, if it wasn't as close to the airport.

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I have ever seen nor stayed in .. I’m pretty sure I’m bringing back bed bugs or other creatures!!!! Super outdated, smelled like mold and mildew!!!

We came and immediately noticed the floors looked like someone took a wet mop and pushed the dirt into the corners and slopped it around. The walls and doors were filthy. There looked to be blood on one wall and a smashed roach just left of another. Around the toilet the tile was gross but looked clean more toward the shower. Behind the bathroom door had brown stains streaked on it. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been wiped down. There was hair on the bed covers. There was no soap and the front desk employee replaced it but left it not working. The bed felt like it was going to break every time I sat down in it and I’m only 105 lbs. I told the front desk employee (nightshift and dayshift) how gross the room was. I understand about the mildew. I used to work maintenance at a Crowne Plaza. I wish I would have known it was a long term stay hotel as well. It was not mentioned in Hotels.com and the pictures were definitely deceiving. I will definitely not recommend this hotel.

Not so good i’m assuming they have a lot of out-of-town workers at this hotel and we had them outside our room till about 1 o’clock in the morning talking very very loud

The floor wasn't clean, the furniture very old, cheap and stained, cheap light fixtures installed crooked. Paint had been dripped on new flooring and never cleaned up, and toilet paper dispenser old and rusty. Other guests gathered near room door yelling and laughing as late as 1:30 a.m. This hotel was overpriced and is in need of some extensive TLC.

The rooms felt moist and moldy. The bad mattresses we're so old.They had sink marks in them where the springs had been broke down. Water pressure horrible, people yelling and screaming and partying by the pool all night up till two a m. Only thing I can say was breakfast was okay

Highly recommended!!! I always have an excellent experience at every stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful about anything the guests need. Rooms are spacious and very clean, the beds are very comfortable, bedsheets and bathroom towels are very clean, the bathrooms are very clean and have all you need. The television has a large list of channels to view in few diferent languages. Breakfast is excellent and delicious with a large variety to choose; I'm always happy about eating a nice and warm plate to start a busy day, as well as having fresh brewed coffee with milk, fresh juice and fruits. Pool water is always clean, as well as pool area. There is a set of washer and dryer, it's very convenient to do laundry right there when traveling and working.

Please do not use this hotel, there’s nothing real in the pics or reviews, so dirty and stinky. I had to ask for a change of room because there were so many spiders in the room and tobacco smell. The second room was better but in very bad shape. I paid 2 nights couldn’t stay for more than one night. Preferred to lose my money.

I did not know that the entrance to my room was from outside when I booked. The property is very old and I felt uncomfortable. The advertised shuttle service was fly by night. I assumed the shuttle ran every hour like advertised, but the staff didn’t know who would be driving the shuttle. I would not stay again.
