Wonderful stay, great location close to the shops.
Executive room was really good with the perk of the executive lounge with all day hot drinks and soft drinks, and evening canapés and wine and larger included.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. They had done a lovely balloon and card for him and kindly left some delicious sweet treats and Prosecco for us! It truly made it feel so special. Thank you!!
I did struggle a little with the constant low hum which I couldn’t work out the source of (maybe fans on the roof?) which did drive me nuts but I’m a light sleeper!

Easy and efficient check in and check out.
The room was large and comfortable. Sink had a large crack in it, so a little attention to maintenance needed.
All in all it worked out as just the right place for an over night stay

The hotel was clean however there was no heating . The room was so cold I walk up with a sore throat .
The TV wasn’t working properly it kept on switching off on its own .
I asked for a double bed however they gave us twin beds .

This is an ok hotel but the parking in an NCP next to the hotel. And it is extra cost already discounted to £17.50 A night. Not the best and you also have to pay clean air charge of £9 per day so it's an extra 26.50 a day on top of your hotel cost. The beds are super hard so I didn't sleep at all. But the location is good and the dinner area is nice.

Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Lovely breakfast. Parking next door (£17 for 24 hours). Great location - right next to Cabot Circus and 10 minute walk from the gig we were going to at Document.

It’s nice hotel, just three set of towels instead of four (room was booked for 4). Bathroom door handle was loose and broken

Staff were very friendly how ever that’s where the positives stop. The room was clean at first glance but not as we went on, food and service was fairly rubbish, all came out at different times no cutlery waiter seemed very lost however he was super kind and friendly. Breakfast was ok. No GF options, or Dairy free yoghurt etc, quality was very basic which for the hotels ethics I was surprised at. Great location for Bristol itself however I don’t think the stay is worth the money, other than the staff being chatty.

Not good value for money
Room was not cleaned on a 2 night stay I had to request extra coffee etc but no apology or concern showed. Just poor quality vs my expectations of the brand

The hotel is very comfortable. Excellent location. Good restaurant on site and we dine there 3-4 times when we were tired after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel was quiet in the hall areas. They only do room services if you requested but you can pick up new towels, amenities as needed. I definitely will come back to this clean, quiet, modern hotel

Very nice stay. Hotel is in good position for both city Centre and temple meads station. The room was very spacious and comfortable. They clean it every third day for ecosustainability, it was not a problem though, because it was quite tidy to begin with. Staff was really helpful, I was offered a small upgrade at my arrival

My stuff was still in the room when some member of staff decided to remove my stuff from the room, stole my Jacket, make up box, Russell Bromley shoes, opened my suitcase and looked through.
when I reported to front desk I was shown my suitcase lying at reception with everything else missing! My stuff was removed from my room without my permission and STOLEN!!!

Everything was perfect from checking in with friendly staff to nice clean and quiet room. The buffet breakfast was the icing on the cake, help yourself to how every much you want (food and drinks) and more than enough variety to choose from. Check out and car parking sorted in an instance. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone.

The location of the hotel is good, its 7 min walking to the center. the parking garage is very close to the hotel and its reduced price for the people who stayed in hotel.
my comment is on the bed and pillows where not comfortable at all!
