Location was great as it is directly on the beach. The room had a moldy damp smell and the A/C unit did not work well.

My favorite place to go in the winter. Cozy in-room fireplace, large hot tub. So clean… So peaceful and def so romantic.
Only bummer is the on-site pub doesn’t serve any food other than breakfast. … Sometimes I just don’t want to leave the hotel as so comfy

The pictures are not real, this hotel has old rooms, with ugly beds and very old towels. A total disappointment

The hotel was nice enough and clean. It’s the little things, like bolts that held the screening on the balcony were rusted through. I didn’t realize I had to valet park. $55 for one night was a lot!

We enjoyed our stay, 3 nights in Florida coming from Philly... The staff was great, the room showed some wear and tear. Saw the Yankee Clipper as a little girl and always wanted to stay here!

B Ocean is a very beautiful Hotel, clean, easy access and very close to the the beach. Comfortable rooms and a nice pool. Only the attendance must be improved, but I’ll come back soon.
The parking is very expensive, be prepared to leave USD 55 per night.

The renovations are cheaply done. The carpet absolutely disgusting. Room chairs outdated from the 90s! The stay was way overpriced. Parking overpriced.

No bath towels. 4 calls and one hour later they showed up. No fan in the bathroom. Clear bathroom door allowed light in the room at night and absolutely no privacy in the bathroom. No mirror outside of the bathroom

Was disappointed with the service. The price is high, they don’t tell you valet is $55 per day on top of the room fee, taxes, resort fee, & service fee. and that’s your only option. Room was not cleaned. I had to call for clean towels after 2 nights and call for room to be cleaned after 4 nights. I have stayed at this property in the past when it was Sheraton Yankee clipper and did not have these issues. For the money, I would not stay here again. There are so many other options.

Nice resort style hotel on the beach, nice pool with a bar. Room &.bathroom was a little small and smelled a bit musty. Not sure if it’s because we booked through hotels.com because we have stayed here before and had much nicer rooms. It was an overnight stay before cruise. Walking distance to some cute bars and various food stands and Coconuts restaurant and G & B Oyster Bar

I was charged for 4 rooms, not the 2 that I booked. I had to leave early as I went into labor and the desk agent said just leave we are not charging you for the 3rd night. I got his card and he said to call if we had billing issues. Well, we have issues. I was charged over $3500 for two rooms, 2 nights.
And the valet parking was a nightmare

Had to switch rooms because the a/c wouldn’t go below 74 degrees. Customer service was great and very helpful. They moved us quickly to another room, but unfortunately the a/c in the new room also wouldn’t go below 73 degrees. That was nothing compared to how hot the hallways and lobby were, easily above 85 degrees.
Nice accommodations, friendly service but wouldn’t recommend.

The check in person had no idea if there was food available or not when we arrived. The cost of parking in my opinion is price gouging! The room's sheets where horrible-felt like cardboard, the pillows where uncomfortable. When we went out to the beach there were 2 women sitting in front of the entrance to the east tower smoking which you could smell throughout the entire hallway. Very disappointing. Not the same experience we had a few years ago.

It was horrible I’m not staying there anymore the ac broke in the middle of the first night I let them know at 8am and I left the room because it was hot I came back at 2pm still broken and I was sweating in the room I had to leave the room at 4:30pm for my event I couldn’t even get ready because it was so hot and they were trying to fix the ac from 2pm to 4pm and still couldn’t fix it I ended up switching rooms when I came back from my event which 11pm

The only complaint I would have is that on the website, it showed a much closer view of the ocean (rooms by the volleyball court) than the room I actually was given. We did have an ocean view but we had to walk across the Skywalk to get to the rooms which meant it was farther from the beach. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Staff was very nice everywhere but the hotel is tired. Bathrooms tiny! It’s a 3 star at best. If it wasn’t for location and beach it wouldn’t make my list

Our room was not clean. It was so dusty. The phone was even dusty. The toilet was overflowing when we walked in. Do not stay in the clipper rooms which are near the marina or the city view. You have to upgrade the room and stay at an ocean front room. The pool and ocean are the best part of the hotel.

Everything was very good. We just want to say that when you enter to the room, it doesn't smell good. We suggest changing the carpet for tile or washing the carpet more frequently or using a product that eliminates that smell when you enter to the room. Excellent service, thank you.

Property was nice. My room was loud being by the elevators on the 3rd floor. Air conditioner was loud and would turn on and off. Room was nice. Smaller than pictured. Bathroom was nice. Close to things (within a mile or two). Several restaurants on property but seemed to have the same menu. Naked crab had a different menu online than its actual menu. Private beach was nice; however they take the chairs away at 6pm, which is a nice time to sit on the beach and watch the sunset. Overall, I’d rate it 6 out of 10.

The area that the hotel is in is super convenient, there’s a new place called Marina Villge just a 5 minute walk away full of food stalls and two bars with great music. Overall, our stay was good and very relaxing! I will say we did encounter two cockroaches in our room and I’m pretty sure our A/C was broken because it would never cool down.
