Bed pilows were the worst i've ever encountered in a high end Hotel like Hilton Garden. Neither one of us slept well. My wife (Hilton member) sleeps on her back and I am a side sleeper. Both pillows were mush..no support. When my wife was trying to sleep, I could not even see her face. I had to fold my pillow over three times to get support. We asked housekeeping for a new pillow for my wife and they did bring another one, but it was no better. We've always had great pillows at other Hotels. This has never been an issue before.
There is a Residence Inn located in the same complex of the Hilton and I really dont know why we would come back to this Hilton Garden Inn. Hotel stays are supposed to be relaxing and fun.

Couldn't get our lock fixed so getting into the room was always a challenge. Hotel seemed tired and worn.

The stay was great. Wish the hot tub was working or the pool had warmer water. Did have an issue with my room key and checkin person wasn’t very helpful but it worked out fine. Would return.

All was fine, but disappointed that when room was cleaned after two nights, the coffee was not replenished. Had to go to lobby for coffee.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very nice. Housekeeping did come by at 8am even though check out wasn't until 11am. But we had forgotten to put the DND on the door.

The carpets were not well kept. Lots of wear and tear. I could hear every conversation of the people next door. Walls are paper thin. Sheets were clean. Towels were clean. Most places have free breakfast. It was weird that they charged 15$ for breakfast. It was good enough for my purposes. Parking was easy. The staff was fine. My key card deactivated everyday. That was annoying.

We had a wonderful week in Colorado attending Red Rocks concerts. Hotel was a relaxing place to come to after a full day of being a tourist.
Staff at front desk were not really helpful during our stay. They seems to be bored with their role and it showed throughout the stay. I needed to have my Alaska air lines boarding passes printed by front desk and the staff had me send them the passes on email. The staff struggled in printing the passes and was not professional in the process. The breakfast was good each morning but the breakfast dinner room was not kept clean. Staff seemed to be bored and did very little to clean up after guest.
So the hotel was a bright spot in our trip but the staff were disengaged serving the guests. Even the parking garage and elevator were not kept clean which is not appropriate since we were charged 12 a day to park.

Great location and super friendly staff! Downside is the management needs to get their second elevator fixed and should
have figured out a way to let people use the stairs in the meantime. The wait time to get down from the eighth floor was ridiculous. The queen beds are actually full beds, my key quit working twice, my daughters room was dirty and something started dripping on a fellow traveler from the light fixture in the elevator on our way down.

The place was very unkept. The air conditioner sounded like a plane taking off. The bathroom had old orange mold markings. You had to request room to be serviced 24 hours in advance. It is not cheap, yet cheaper hotels give you so much more. I would not recommend this place.

Very old facility. One of the elevators never worked. Only two luggage carts and were always not available. Inconvenient ground parking for drop-off and pick-up.

Poor check in. I paid for breakfast in advance during reservations and desk clerk couldn’t confirm. Felt like I was bothering him. Room on second floor looked out on rooftop a/c units. Breakfast attendant made me fill out form to be charged for breakfast even though I already paid breakfast fees. Fully expect to be charged a second time.

Accommodations were adequate. Snack section for incidentals was fully stocked and had much more than most hotels we visit. Parking outside seemed limited and candidly was a little sketchy at night due to some transients. I didn’t feel comfortable going out to my car alone at night. As long as I wasn’t traveling alone I would stay here again. Staff was cordial and helpful with information about the property.

I loved the restaurants around the property, and Samantha and her manager (can't recall his name) went out of rheir way to help me. I have a knee injury that affects my mobility, and they bent over backwards to make my stay easier. Samantha got me ice and moved me closer to the elevators. She qas also very friendly, caring, and made me feel important. Also, the housekeeping staff were considerate and helpful with my bag as well. I will stay here again.

Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the bathroom that had an old tub and showerhead. They need to convert that into a walk-in shower.

The general manager discriminated against me on the basis of my housing status and by using an illegal blacklist from a hotel across the street that illegally evicted me for buying a homeless guy a soda so he would stop begging outside for $2. I thought the soda was an efficient solution to the problem. It was apparently too "aggressive".
This is what the Hilton brand has become. And Hotels.com, despite this not containing any profanity or personal information, is seeking to censor this information from consumers in violation of consumer protection laws. GG.

Helena is the reason I always stay here when I come to Denver for meetings. The Hotel is great, clean, safe, easy and ample parking, and Cuba Cuba has the best food and friendly atmosphere. However Helena makes the stay special and personal.
